The room itself was great. The front desk staff were not. The gentleman who checked me in on Febrruary 17th at 11pm took an unnecesary extra amount of time to simply check me in. Thos in spite of the fact that the reservation was made days ago and paid in advance. Then when I checked out at 9:20am, I was told by a different employee that I did not qualify to have one of theor cheap muffins that was supposed to be included. He said theor 'xontinental breakfast' serving time just ended at 9am. I thought the employees working there did not appreciate me or my business. They were pretty lousy in my opinion.

I cannot take the survery because when I got to the hotel they did not have my reservations. Therefore, I could not cancel or do anything else. It was an inconvenience because I had to call another hotel and they did not have my reservation there either. I went ahead and stopped payment on my debit card because they could not find my reservation.
