Our room was clean, with the exception of a very fowl smell specially in the elevator and the halls. Once we were in room and closed the door the smell was gone ... but there must be some kind of plumbing/sewer problem in the hotel, specially 2nd floor.

Front desk was ok. When we first arrived and checked in the key would not work to open the door. After going back and forth from the room to front desk for aboit 30 min of letting them know the key would not work, i asked to either be refunded or change rooms. A new room was provided bit realized that it was not clean specially the bathroom. I checked in at 4 am Saturday and checked out 10 am the same day.
