Roach infestation in room & poor customer service
My mom and I always enjoyed staying here many times before and never had an issue until this reservation. We got there late at night after 7.5 hours of driving, we tired and wanted to eat our dinner. We get into the room and immediately discovered multiple roaches roaming on the table and the bathroom. We decided to stick out and I was awaken my the sensation of roach crawling on top of my head. I took a picture of the one we stepped on in the bathroom for proof. Reported it to the lady at the reception desk. Only to receive an empty apology and the promise the manager would contact me to compensate me for the poor customer service. Have yet to receive a phone call and I do not think it will come. But I wanted to leave this review for others. I usually got rooms on the 3rd floor with no infestation. This time it was the 2nd floor. My only advice is if you still wish to book a room here, insist upon a room on the 3rd floor in my opinion.

Too many roaches in the restroom. And behind the curtain. I told the receptionist but dismissed my comment with a smile. So maybe she knows there's a small roach infestation.

The room was great very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet which is great when I drive far I like it to be quiet. Restaurants are nearby the hotel and also close to my family.

No hot water in the shower
They expected us to stay at their motel with no hot water I asked for my refund and they said no I said you will give me my refund and they gave me my refund immediately they expected us to stay at their hotel with no hot water when I made my hotel to stay there they did not say they had no hot water or I would have never reserved for 2 days but I got my money back but I would never go back there again

Smells dirty as soon as you walk in. The hallways had trash outside the rooms and it was still there the next day. The beds are on wheels but they don’t clean under them. There was a dirty sock under one of our beds. NO HOT WATER. That was the biggest disappointment. How do you not have hot water? If you’re thinking about it, don’t stay.
