I always stay at this motel 6...once a week..but recently i have reserve a smoking room with one bed...but every time i get a 2 bed non smoking...why????...whats the point of reserving a room if im not getting what i want.....today i reserve another room for Saturday the 2nd...i hope i get the correct this time

After reserving room and arriving I was assigned totally different from what was reserved. The room was so beat. I was so tired I just stayed w/ the room w/ out mention to reception. Worst reception I had encountered in years.

El cuarto olia bastante mal desde que llegamos pero nos dimos cuenta que era la tuberia, el lavamanos nos funcionaba y ahi en donde salia el agua podrida llamamos a la recepcion y no habia nadie para arreglar el problema asi que nos tuvieron q dar otro cuarto en el segundo piso y en ese cuarto el aire no enfriaba
