Taking into consideration how expensive other hotels were at the time of our stay, this place had a great price and was very safe. However, I will note there were small roaches in the kitchen area. The sheets were clean though.

Horrible!!! First of all we get there at had to wait about 30 minutes at the window to check in because no one was there! No employees to be seen! We finally get our keys and go up to our room and a sworm of baby cockroaches ran out of the room just as we open the door! The whole room was filled with cockroaches, on the walls, in the toilet bowl, we even woke up at 3 am to see cockroaches on our pillow, we just got up and left! Horrible, never again!

No one was at the front desk day 1 and even though we called and rang the bell no one came. My daughter was forced to sleep in her car day in and then management made arrangements to extend the reservation 1 day through monday to check out on tuesday the retracted agreement and refunded one day stay. My daughter was thrown out of the hotel without notice or justification after they had agreed to allow her to stay one more day since she had to sleep in her car since no one was at the front desk. once in the room, roach motel, is an understatement. can provide videos. Remove this hotel from your listing. I expected much more from them.

Staff is terrible and don’t know a thing, either not being trained right and/or/plus manager never around. Belonging were removed from my room without even a phone call, infested with roaches, will not provide towels, don’t have extra key cards.

You get what you pay for!
We had to sleep with the lights on all night due to the infestation of roaches and a dirty room. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but other than that we won’t be coming back to stay. The hotel needs upgraded appliances and furniture. Walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors next to us and upstairs.

It appeared clean enough but the whole hotel had a bad smell kind of like mildew or mold both in the lobby and room and as soon as we arrived in our room we saw a little cockroach on our room. We only stayed one night and didn’t feel we trusted the shower enough to shower there. The workers were very nice.

The hotel smells old. Dirty and broken toilet seat. Broken shower head. Beds are hard and outdated. Broken head boards. The room smells old. It was worse then the motel 6 I had stayed the day before in San Marcos for 50.00 per night and stay was 100.00. Not worth it.
