Just okay, stay at the Hilton for that $$
If you're going to spend this kind of money, stay at the Hilton. It's the same price. I was hoping that spending $100 would get be a really nice hotel room in Cruces but this is really average. Everything is dated and didn't feel clean. The beds were not terrible but not the best quality. It's across the street from train tracks and the train blows a whistle as it passes and makes a lot of noise. If I didn't have earplugs I wouldn't have slept. The TV was small. I've been in worse rooms but it should have been so much better for the price. Only an outdoor pool that was closed for the winter. The staff was friendly. Free parking is a plus. Walgreens is a few blocks away. Was very frustrated that we spent so much money on a hotel that was just ok. If I weren't so tired I might have tried to go to a better one. It's not awful, just not worth the price tag. Plus they require a $100 incidentals hold on your card which is the most I've ever been charged anywhere in Cruces. I don't remember seeing that mentioned in the hotel description but maybe I overlooked it.

When we first arrived I could tell this hotel has been around for a while. The guy at the desk was very pleasant and kind. Theres no elevator soni asked fir a room downstairs and he accommodated me. When we got in our room, I was surprised how big it was.. the bed was very comfortable. I wascso hapoy to find an extra blanket becauae im always vold. It's extremly quiet but the heater was a little loud, but it was ok. Husband had breakfast and said it was good. Typical hotel breakfast. We'd stay there again. If youre looking for luxury, this isnt it. But it was clean, comfortable and located in a convenient place for us.

Old school motor lodge in good condition. Beds were great. Shower didn’t drain properly. Biggest issue was zero soundproofing. We could hear everything said in adjacent rooms and in parking lot. Also across the road from train tracks.

We were shocked after reading the good reviews only to pay over $100 per night that it was in the condition it was. Breakfast staff in the cafe was absolutely amazing and helpful. However, check in was a BIG wait process as staff was taking a call AND then an online reservation. Wish I had k own the amenities were closed (ice and pool) I would’ve chose a destination elsewhere. I know we won’t be back.

Love this hotel. It is comfortable and super clean. The staff are always extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. My only complaint is that, if you have dogs with you, the grass area is almost always flooded and muddy.
