There was a discrepancy regarding what I was told on line about a possible late check out, and what the front desk offered, but it turned out I didn’t need it anyway. The lights above the sink area weren’t working right and were experiencing a long slow death. I can’t imagine the maids at least hadn’t been aware of the problem for awhile. The morning front desk woman gladly took the information and thanked me for it. It was a quiet and comfortable place. I was hoping for scrambled eggs and potatoes for breakfast, but that wasn’t an option so I had a waffle.

The property is nicely located, close to shopping and hospital. Theres a gas station next door and a very good Mexican restaurant across the street. The workers were very customer service oriented. The breakfast was good and consisted of waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bagels and toast. We enjoyed our stay.

Just fair.

I stayed for a total of 27 days to help a local family member. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. My linens were changed only once during that time, but staff gave me more shampoo and soap when I asked for it. Location was convenient. It would have been helpful if their “business center” computer was functional.

Stay away!

We only stayed one night, thank goodness. The tub drain looked terrible so I didn’t take a shower. There were no bugs inside but roaches of several varieties were right outside the door every time we went out. There was one working ice machine on the whole property but it was empty and slow to make new ice. The breakfast was the highlight. Not the best but better than some places for sure. I would not come back and you wouldn’t waste your money on a night here.

I am not sure why this property was rated so high. The pet area had spurs in the grass. I pulled two painful ones out of my dog’s paws. The duvet was dirty, the sheet had blood stains on it. And a washcloth had brown stains on it. Their breakfast is very mediocre. If you like waffles and bagels, you will be OK. Very friendly staff. Would not stay here again.
