Lisa the manager was very accomodating in getting us a room after my wife's hospital stay, she has always been very nice to us. My only complaint is that the noise from the freeway is very loud on that side of the hotel, making it hard to sleep.

The Best Hotel
When staying in Las Cruces this is the only place that I like to stay now. This is my second time staying here and I'm still happy with with everything about this Hotel,from the moment you walk in the staff is great,the rooms/bathrooms are spacious,one thing I love is a great pillow and they provide a great pillow for a great night sleep,you won't want to get out of bed,the food they provide for breakfast/dinner is always awesome and the bartender is a sweetheart,the hot tub is actually hot and the jets work wonderfully,so after being on the road all day it's a delightful place for your body,I like the pool and would probably love it if was just a bit warmer,but it's still a decent temperature,the other thing I love when staying at Hotels is a good filtration system and water pressure,the Drury has both so I can't wait to get in the shower after being in the pool or just to take a bath and relax,they even leave enough towels in the room and pool area so that's always a plus for me. The Drury is also within walking distance of restaurants and driving distance of shopping. I have no complaints with the Drury and absolutely love staying here. The pricing is even great on the rooms,they aren't trying to over charge you or under charge either,it's just right for everything they offer and the comfort you get. I recommend this place to everyone

Car Break In Ruined Our Stay
If we hadn’t had our vehicle broken into our stay would have been nice. After learning about the break in, I contacted the front desk and was told they don’t have security cameras or a security guard onsite. We did sleep well and enjoyed the complimentary drinks and a great breakfast. Safety is a huge concern as I often travel alone or with my son. Sadly, I won’t be staying at this location again.
