There were many homeless surrounding the property and traveling with my sister and elderly parents it was not safe to stay here and the hotel chain has never disappointed in the past. Being here for a funeral made this a necessary and urgent change. I requested a refund however I have not had a confirmation sent.

The pet deposit for this property was the highest I ever paid at 50.00. I have stayed at Hampton inn property’s in the past many times and never paid this much for a pet deposit. Expedia made no mention of this high deposit. I will not stay at Hampton properties ever again. I will also avoid using Expedia for bookings in the future.

A very good choice for an overnight stay
This is a fairly new hotel, and it looks like it. The place is very clean and well lit by someone who understands good lighting. The location is near to I-10 but far enough away to reduce the highway noise. The guest room was large, clean and comfortable. We noticed that the room had many power outlet options -- more than other hotels. We liked the wide, well-lit corridors and public spaces. The free breakfast was well within the range of competing hotels. The only poor marks go to the guest store in the lobby -- not up to the competition. But the hotel is not far from a Circle K store.
