Very dated property. Room was clean and everything worked in the room. Staff very friendly. Several homeless wandered through the parking lot.

Don't stay here. Had to swap rooms many times and the manager doesn't care about your stay. Stayed a few nights and only got 20 refunded to me. Don't stay here.

Check in/out was very easy and fast. I did like being able to park right outside my room so I could see my car, and the doors to the separate buildings require swiping your key card for entry. The carpet was very worn, and the smell was not good. My shower head did not function. My room was mostly clean, but I did have to wipe some strange red stains from light switches and doorknobs. Breakfast consisted of frozen solid blueberry muffins, orange juice, and grape juice.

Area has many homeless people and they frequent the property. Side entry doors were not keptsecure. Lobby staff were more interested in playing video games than paying attention to property. Room was missing trashcan and there were no soaps or shampoo in bathroom. Also one of the beds wad missing comforter znd heat to room was not working.

This hotel is very run down and in need of some TLC. The water was lukewarm, the carpet was dirty, and there was a large hole in the wall where someone had obviously punched it.

Lacks Safety and Cleanliness
The room I had rented didn’t have a functional heater and was blowing cold air. The sheets had been stained with blood and urine, and some of the lights didn’t work. The lock on the door didn’t work. We had asked for another room, and the hotel staff was able to accommodate us for another room mainly for a room with a functioning heater. When we had gotten to the room, the heater worked, but it could not be controlled. Overnight, the room became a sauna. The second room was also not fully cleaned as there were stains in the sheets, there were items left behind from the previous occupants including a cigarette butt in the bathroom drain, an expired orange under the bed, and someone’s earbuds and phone charger. The locks on the second room also weren’t engaging properly. The exterior of the hotel also didn’t feel safe as there wasn’t enough street lighting for the parking lot.
