Upon arrival, I was told that pets are now an additional fee, which is not located anywhere on the booking site or in any communication from the hotel prior to checking in. I specifically chose this hotel because always in the past I have brought my pets free or charge for years now all of a sudden this has changed with no notification and then on top of that the rooms Everything about the room was totally disgusting and gross and will never ever stay at this chain ever again

Do not recommend

Upon check-in we got a key to our room which was not cleaned and didn’t have sheets or bedding on the bed. We got keys to a different room, and when we opened the door, the TV was on and blaring loud. All was clean but it was disturbing to enter a room with the TV on. Also the A/C unit couldn’t be turned up or down. We eventually unplugged it when it got too cold. Do not recommend this place.

Room was smelly, I could taste dirt while in the room. The AC didn’t cool properly and the AC was not on in the halls or lobby. The shower knob was very hard and mold was visible in shower.

The stay was good, but the hotel does seem out dated and seems like the carpets everywhere we damped, morning breakfast was not what I expected for other Quinta hotels, just Cereal and waffles. Could’ve done better on that. Other then that staff was friendly the stay worked for the night rate,

My trip to Las Cruces…

This hotel was great from the check in to check out..I’m always traveling with my dog and they treated her like family..room was quiet, exceptionally clean and the staff was efficient..I’ll check mark this hotel for future trips….!
