Room smelled of dog pee. Three walls had no outlets for electronics. Charming western ambience, but the dingy old furniture was not comfortable.
No food or drinks sold at the hotel.
This hotel was perfect for the one night , literally only stayed to sleep and get back on the road . Our rooms were clean and I loved how the lobby looked . It did provide a voucher for breakfast which was very basic (cereal, bagels, toast, and waffles) . If you’re wanting a full breakfast I recommend getting either a different hotel or choose a restaurant close by. But overall a good stay

Good overnight stay
This was an overnight stay. Honestly, on reading a horrific review, we had concerns. That being said, and we stay in many hotels, it was totally unfounded. The atrium was authentic in design for the area. The room was very spacious and clean. We slept very well and left in the morning refreshed. If we were to travel to Las Cruces again we would certainly use this accommodation. Be prepared, however, breakfast is not a part of your stay.

I came in late at night and after getting my luggage open and settled in… I realized there was a bad smell in the room… like pee.
Also, I started to set up my iPad and recharge electronics, but there were no available outlets on three of the walls! Very inconvenient. And while I don’t mind the old, dingy furniture… it was not at all comfortable.
What a gorgeous property! My room was close to the entrance, so it was a bit noisy, but I had lots of rest and sleep… I just put on my background sounds on my phone and it blocked everything out!
Amazing! Mike was very accommodating and kind! The cigar shop employee was so nice too offered great recommendations and a great energy! Staying here again for sure!
The overall look of the property is impressive as we drove up but we were concerned about the lack of cars in the lot but it was early. The lobby is breathtaking with tile floor and expansive lobby that merges with dinning, bar, and pool area. As the evening continued we were disappointed to see not much was actually in use. The room was clean and in good condition. We were very comfortable. When we returned from eating dinner, we found the parking lot darker than we prefer. We did find a spot that was somewhat lit. When we booked it didn't offer breakfast but there was one when we checked in. I wished it wasn't it was underwhelming considering the
appearance of the area it looked like more than toast and cereal. I'm not sure what the future holds for this hotel if it's on the way out or just a slow time of year. I will definitely stay there again if the price is the same.
Very southwest with palm trees, adobe, and mosaic tile. It must have conferences as called a convention center. The lobby and sitting areas on either side had Me ican and SW decor. Looked like the free breakfast area mostly served adsa bar/ restaurant area.

The overall look and feel of the hotel was one of a kind. We enjoyed the unique experience of the casitas.
In the room, the lack of air circulation made it uncomfortable at times. The air conditioner and heater worked, but there isn’t a fan option to circulate the air.
Our doors latches weren’t as sturdy and we felt we needed to secure our room ourselves. Needed amenities are laundry bag and luggage holder.

I loved staying at this property in the past but since new ownership took over it isn't the same. They closed the restaurant which was AMAZING and the bar, which we loved. Now there is a sub standard continental breakfast..very sad. And the room was in very poor condition.
I have stayed here often. But now no bar or restaurant. And i can see why they are rennovating. It is very loud and echoing. I hope the whole project improves this gorgeous, comfortable property in the next few months.

Good bed
Very basic room but very clean, no bugs or mold or dust mites. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very basic (cereals, juice, fresh waffles, yogurt) with no protein. Would stay here again but not with others as rooms small.
Not worth the price paid. The amenities maybe make it worth it if you’re traveling with kids, but if you’re not just save the money and skip this place. The most baffling thing of all was the voucher provided for breakfast which was held in a restaurant looking area. Upon arrival for breakfast there was far less on offer than a traditional hotel: just carbs and some juice - that was IT. I left without breakfast. Skip this place, it sucked.
