I booked this hotel due to the great reviews it had on here. Our room was at the back of the hotel where it’s totally different from the front of the hotel. The room was something out of the 80’s! No shower curtain for the shower, the room was hot, we couldn’t get it to cool down at all. We woke up to roaches crawling on the wall… the room was clean but very outdated. There wasn’t many outlets, we found a power strip near one of the nightstands that had 2 lamps and the alarm clock connected to it…. Can I stress the room was very outdated!

Very pretty and pleasant stay
The lobby was beautiful! The room was large ( 2 queen beds room) and it was quite at night. My only real complaint is the tub was a bit too high and hard to get out of the shower but oh well. The free breakfast is a bit bare bones but enough to keep me going till I went out for lunch.

I stay here often for business, but the past 3 times I've been there, there has been no breakfast. I reported ALL exercise equipment in the gym was broken or out of order about 2 months ago, but it still hasn't been fixed. I like the hotel, but due to these issues, I'm going to stay elsewhere each week for business travel.

High-quality stay, felt luxurious and resort like. Car rental Hertz available. Beautiful sitting areas. Lots of hacienda type touches everywhere. My room was just as lovely with floor to ceiling window and tile flooring. I enjoyed my stay and would have been happy to stay longer. I recommend this to everyone i meet. Excellent service. I loved the wheelchair elevator lift. A first experience. The hotel is off the highway and convenient to get around.

Disappointing
Rooms were nice and clean, however the common area carpets, painting, and other things were dated an worn. The real killer for me was when I checked out (admittedly early in the morning), I was forced to use the “side-door” and had to carry my luggage all the way around the building. This policy makes no sense to me, as the front door is easily monitored by the desk clerk/night auditor. This really could be a standout property, but really needs a lot of TLC to get to where it could be.
