I made a reservation for two minutes. When I checked in, I was given a room that was occupied. The second room I was given was also occupied. I was checking in late, and the occupant of the second room was very angry. It was a dangerous situation. We’ll never go back. I requested a call from the manager, and I’m still waiting. It’s been three days. Horrible experience.

The lobby was well kept. The front desk employee was kind and efficient. The parking lot was clean and well kept. There isn't a workout room which was disappointing. The carpet in our room did not look like it had been vacuumed. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that I felt like I needed to wear shower shoes. The shower pan was a different color, which it wasn't supposed to be. The sheets seemed clean. The pillows were comfy. The breakfast was ok but they didn't offer any protein. And I got the only banana. More options would be awesome.
