Staff was very nice, unfortunately we were put into the hearing impaired and handicap room which definitely would be a hazard for handicap individuals. Bathroom floor was sloped away from the shower and roll in shower floor floods the entire bathroom floor making a huge pool in the bathroom, later to find that the floor above the room had leaking pipes, which then dripped down thru the ceiling into the bathroom as well. Staff moved us into a new room, next door, which was exactly the same type of room. Ceiling was not leaking there, but the shower was the same and drained to a low spot into the middle of the bathroom area.

Hotel itself was nice and staff allowed us to park are bikes in front to keep them safe. Surrounding area was okay, but a homeless person kept circling the property, but bikes were not messed with.

This property is above and beyond. Especially Virginia. She was the most accommodating staff member and helped us in every way after a long day on the road. We will stay here anytime we pass through and are eternally grateful for the amazing service provided at this property.

We will never stay here again. Toothpick very intentionally stuck into the carpet which I stepped on and went through my foot. Damages, stains on carpet, rust, hard water crust all over faucets and rooms not kept up.. Sinks not draining, low water pressure for showers, awful smell coming from shower drain, fridge not keeping cold enough for milk for baby. No phones in room to call for housekeeping or front desk.

Staff was friendly and helped with any issues we had. The only downside is house keeping never came during our whole visit from Sunday until Thursday. We also had asked for them to come and they said only after three days. Super disappointing but the staff was nice and professional.

The room I was given was updated and overall pretty clean until I checked the bathroom. I guess maintenance went in after cleaning and fixed something in the shower, the drain cover was left on the floor, and there was dirty boot prints and hair on the bathroom floor. I was already settled in and didn't want to get another room, so I grabbed a towel and cleaned it up myself.. There was very little hot water, and the air-con unit was noisy enough I had to turn it off to sleep. I did not get breakfast at the hotel, and there is some road construction around so plan ahead.
