The property is just perfect. Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. In a great location that's within walking distance of restaurants and parks. And the staff is professional, helpful, and extremely proficient. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be choice. Oh, and don't miss the rooftop bar and pool. It's superb too.

This hotel is in a good position, close to the bus station, restaurants & bars and shops and only 15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, when we were there, the area around the hotel was being reconstructed. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the roof bar was rarely open but there was a very good breakfast buffet. i had an accident at the hotel (not the fault of the hotel) and the staff went out of their way to be caring and helpful. The roof terrace is a lovely place to enjoy the sun with lots of chairs and beds. There is a pool but it is tiny - more a plunge pool than a swimming pool!

Amazing Hotel
Hotel Levvi Lumm is an amazing place in a very great location. Close to shops and mall (2 minutes walk), close to bus station (1 minute walk), close to restaurants (5 minutes walk), close to the fantastic beach (15 minutes walk) Breakfast was good. I only wish that an additional seat be placed in the room so two people can somehow sit and chat

Great loctaion
An amazing hotel! Large and very comfortable room. Delicious breakfasts.Extra points for the roof bar. Great place to relax plus panoramic view of the city. Top marks for the loctaion. Next to the harbor, just 2 minutes from the buse stop, 5 min walk to the beach! Shopping mall 2 min away. Plenty restaurants around. Highly recommend.

Very new hotel on a good location
Very good hotel, walking distance to the beach, close to bars area, very clean and new. Hotel pool only opens until 4 and bar area opens after 4. The temperature of the pool is between 20-22°C so a little bit cold. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel lobby nice, staff quite friendly, rooms fine! BUT ... whilst I appreciate that this it out of the control of the hotel, you have to consider the guests experience. Full building site directly in front of the hotel ... so noisy, breaking up concrete at 6am is not good when you on on holiday (also very dusty from the construction). Right next door to the hotel was a huge open air concert... deafening sound all evening, well into midnight. Queues of noisy people getting tickets the next morning. It was so bad, we had booked three rooms, and after two nights, all of us had virtually no sleep, we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. No refund offered so a very expensive mistake. Again whilst I appreciate that this is out of the control of the hotel ... it ruined our holiday so as you can expect we are really upset. Roof top bar doesn't open until 4pm, and pool disappointing. Paper cups in the rooms. Sea view is of shipping containers. To summarise ... one of the poorest located hotels I have been to.

Location, location, location! The location was great but contraction work is ongoing around the facility and isn't pleasning. Breakfast options can be improved, and minor detail, there is no *pool* in the facility.
