Clean Room, friendly staff

The property is a little older, it was small and quie,t and the staff was friendly. The food was great, the place was clean, and staff friendly. The only issue we had was the check-in and check out process. Very slow, there are lines but people just walk up and get assistance without having to get in line. The front staff works at a slow pace and this was frustrating. .

Food was repetitive, they never have space for restaurants reservations.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people

My wife and I stayed at the resort for four nights in July to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was an excellent value. We were able to access the hotel's app about a week before our arrival. I initially had some trouble logging in, but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend downloading the app and making restaurant reservations as soon as they become available, as the à la carte restaurants fill up quickly. The only restaurant we were unable to try was the Rodizio, as we didn't realize it was only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every other à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent, with great food and outstanding service. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach area was beautiful, although we were unable to swim due to a large number of jellyfish in the water during our stay. We spent most of our days at the party pool, which had a fun atmosphere and offered plenty of entertainment throughout the day. While the resort had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, they did not change our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt it offered excellent value for the price, and would definitely recommend it to others..

Nice place to get away from the tourist type destinations. Private beach is nice and not crowded at all. Hotel could use some updating and better night activities/events. Surprisingly the food was actually good and there were a variety of options that’s differ every night. Overall I would recommend given the price and location.
