The room we stayed in was clean and came with clean white linens and towels. It was very spacious and with a large window that allowed natural light into the room. Every one at the front desk was friendly and professional. We haven’t used any of the amenities the property provides except for the lounge area. The location is very convenient, close to Soho and several shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The community in general is safe and people are respectful!

La ubicación del hotel es de lo mejor, cerca de los lugares que todo turista debe conocer. Restaurantes cercanos de buena calidad. Faltan algunos detalles en mantenimiento pero es comprensible de una edificación con muchos años de construcción. Desayuno excelente.

Came in at 5am and staff had us checked in at 8am, able to accommodate a 0130 check-out and offered to-go breakfast sandwiches. They were so lovely! The hotel was such a pretty boutique too!
