Along with 14 restaurants, this resort has 3 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, a casino, a nightclub, and 11 bars/lounges are onsite.
ARIA Resort & Casino offers 4002 accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with premium digital channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Nothing. At the front desk we were told we had a $30/day food-Bev credit, not true. It turned out to be ONE time credit. I even discussed it with the Desk employee- $30/day! We were not told that MOVING any item in the FULL fridge would become a charge to our bill, $162 charge to us, nothing consumed. Simply needed to cool our Beverage There is NO fridge in the room for use.

Hotel is nice and clean. The room felt like it was close to everything, the coffee shop, the gym and spa, the hotel bars, and the casino. The housekeeping staff did a good job. The front desk staff did not informed me where the sit down restaurants were. I didnt find a good restaurant to have breakfast until I as leaving. Catch and the Tapas restaurant were close all day, catch only opens at night. In the room the iron was dirty and stained. The staff is not very friendly, they’re just go through the motions, Nothing extra ordinary.

Great location Lots of options around the area. Although I expected a bit more for a 5 star hotel like the other ones I’ve had. There’s no shower caps, no slippers, no laundry plastic bag. The only 5 star experience was in person check in/out, the electric curtains, and the weight sensitive fridge which doesn’t even allow me to store my perishable souvenirs. I’d say it was an average hotel propped up by its tram services and how new it is.

I was disappointed staying at Aria. When we checked in our room we had leftover garbage in our room. We ordered breakfast in the AM- quite simple, one tea, one coffee, bacon, sausage and a croissant basket of 5. When we received our breakfast we had two cups of warm water, no tea bags, no coffee, the bacon was COLD & we only received 4 out of 5 croissants. When I tried calling room service I could not get a hold of them and needed to go through the concierge. It took 1.5° in total for coffee and tea. Extreme my disappointing. The restaurant food was fabulous!!!

To celebrate my birthday, my husband surprised me with a trip to Vegas, where we usually stay at the Aria hotel. Unfortunately, our latest experience was subpar. The room was in an unacceptable condition, with a dirty bathroom, floors, and bedding. When we contacted the front desk, they asked us to return to the lobby to be assigned a new room. I requested that the new room keys be brought to us, but the front desk staff seemed unconcerned and took their time. We were given a room next to the original one, and the staff failed to ensure that it met our standards or that we were satisfied. Considering the room costs and various fees, we have decided to discontinue our patronage of Aria.
