The property is very nice ,big and clean room ,safe environment,they will provide coffee machine and microwave ,and basic use products.The reception guys were helpful ,only one issue is that becz it is closer to airport it is noisy and away from strip. Rest I find the hotel worth staying ,u can get 7eleven and few food outlets at a walking distance.

Room was nice and big. Even though airport was close and planes flying over it wasnt super loud at all. Pools were nice and clean. Pillows suck though so if you can bring hour own.

Basic accommodations. For a “suite-style” room, there was a couch and coffee table, plus table and two chairs. Simple fridge and microwave. Very basic coffee service. Bathroom lighting not great. Bed just OK. Local TV channels and basic cable with ESPN. If the wind is coming from the north/east, planes will be taking off constantly. Busy morning and afternoons will have two per minute. Thankfully not many in the middle of the night Pool #2 was very nice (main pool closed for some reason). We enjoyed the nice day. It’s about a mile down Harmon to the Strip. Not a lot very close by. A few chain places a few blocks away on Paradise. If you don’t have a car, bring your walking shoes

TV was from a previous decade. Second day washcloths were not provided. Nothing to wipe off counter or table. Only one chair at table. (One was brought after requested). A large car club was having a rally. Parking was a joke. Noise level was high. Other guests were friendly.

The resort had a car show, cars and participants were very loud and unruly. When brought to the general managers attention we were told we could book a room elsewhere if we had a problem with it! She was not willing to try and control the situation. She said it was private property and Las Vegas does not have a noise ordinance. The manager neither sympathetic or apologetic that our three nights plus our family members concerns with the noise. Would not recommend!

I have mixed reviews on this. The first night and morning were a bit trying. I came in late from a night flight. In the morning there were sounds coming from the bathroom which apparently the plumbing had backed up and was overflowing into the tub from the toilet. I had an event to attend that night so I needed a new room rather quickly so I had some place to use the facilities and get ready. I called the front desk several times, speaking to someone different who was unfamiliar with my situation each time. I finally called Expedia customer service who I had booked the room through who was able to help me work with the front desk manager to get me a new room. My new room was much more pleasant. It was quiet for the most part (kids near the pool area were a little noisy but that was during the open pool hours), good gym facilities, 3 separate pools which were very nice, laundry facilities, restaurants on site and delivery options. I had a kitchen option with my reservation which was very nice so I could cook my own meals. The only suggestion is to maybe have more silverware/plate options for the kitchenette. I had to cut some of my foods with a plastic knife but I made it work. Overall, it was a great hotel. Very close to the sphere if you were attending a show there and very close to the airport. The price was extremely reasonable for the area and the property was clean and well-maintained despite the issue I encountered on my first night's stay.
