There were just too many issues
We had no heat the first and second night they wanted to move us. The sink was leaking. They did give us credit on the resort fee, but it was very very noisy because they were striking across the street. I wish they would’ve told us. It was just a big mess

Place was perfect for my little family of 3. Loved restaurant there was at the resort and I loved that was a pack and play for my baby to sleep in. I’d stay here again.

The room stunk, the bathroom was dirty, I got charged 370 on my credit card for “resort” fees that we didn’t even use. The surrounding area is not good either, boarded up houses/apartments, protesters chanting and yelling all night at the Virgin hotel, we were there for 3 nights and received room service once because my wife had to ask them to attend to our room. Absolutely disappointed in this “resort”. If you can even call it that. We were in town for a Coronation from San Diego and we will never, ever stay here again.
