The property was nice but the staff and the noise level was not good. Customer service was terrible and noise level was inconvenient. People were loud and you could hear everything from your room. As much as you pay and have to put down on your card for property damage I would expect better service.

This is the most beautiful luxurious hotel i have ever been to. They have the best rooms. Amazing view. Loved the botanical gardens where they had displays made if flowers. Would come back for sure.
