Cleaning staff and lobby staff were very attentive. We called 3 different occasions to have the ac worked on, finally on the 4th day it worked well. That was only disappointing part of the stay other than you can smell smoke all through the 1st floor.

Despite the constant cleaning it was alarming how prevalent the smell of smoke was throughout the casino. Our room was very clean and smoke free, but walking through the casino and Bellagio complex, it was overpowering.
