We had an issue with the AC in our first room. They sent someone to work on it to no avail. We called back to report this and the first person we talked to was not much help. We were contacted by a manager the next day and moved to another room and given a $300 food and beverage allowance, plus removed the resort fee for the first night’s stay. We did appreciate their effort to make it right. This is just my personal opinion-if you are not going to pay extra for the fountain view, I don’t feel that this hotel is worth the higher cost vs. other options. Also, I guess the Bellagio being a staple of Vegas, the resort was insanely crowded at all times vs. other resorts.

I was so disappointed with this visit. Always had an issue in my very short stay. Day 1 AC not working, next day no cleaning service in my room. I left my room for 10 hrs and no privacy sign on the door. No one cleaned my room. Had to call close to midnight to get someone down there. Day 3 no restock of basics like body wash, hand wash, essentials. This is what I pay for? To not have the minimum basics met? Ridiculous

A really excellent hotel, well maintained and right at the heart of the strip. My only area of improvement would be the attitude and friendliness of the check-in staff which on my visit was somewhere between abrupt and rude

Overall a good experience, except the front of house staff at the Mayfair supper club, not at all welcoming and very unprofessional, took the shine off the wife’s 40th birthday as soon as we entered when expectations were high and you’re paying a premium! The wait staff inside the Mayfair were excellent though.

Loved our stay here for my husband’s 40th. The only two things that surprised us is there was no coffee machine in the room or additional toiletries (shower cap, cutips). They also don’t enable you to add tip to your final bill so it’s good to bring cash for the housekeeping staff/front staff.

Nice place. Beautiful decorations and very convenience. The water fountain show was beautiful. We went around the time when they are setting up for formula 1 race. Traffic was a bit congested and the water fountain show was blocked from the street view.

Outstanding lobby, public areas and pool. Excellent staff. See the “O” show there. Breakfast: guests are extremely Underserved for breakfast. There is one medium size restaurant with lines 40-50 people deep each morning. There is a pastry, etc. take away site that also has guest standing in lines of 40 people. Inadequate for the size and quality of this hotel.
