I’ve been staying at this hotel when I visit family a handful of times a year for about the last 10 years. It had been about a year since I stayed at this hotel. I had tried lodging elsewhere for slightly lower rates, but much lower overall quality. I’m glad I came back because I haven’t found one in the area or neighboring cities that even comes close to measuring up and I don’t think there is one out there. I love everything about this particular hotel, its location, property, amenities, pricing and incredible staff. I will happily continue to stay at this location when I visit.

Convenient for a night stay before heading to Hoover Dam. Place is clean and simple along a cute small town. You do hear the neighbors next to you talking though and the thin private curtain can be easy seen through by passersby. Overall it ok.

Just describe my experience, terrible and scary, and the staff’s attitude and words made no sense to me. After checking in, the hotel staff allocate me a room and when I open the door, a man was lying in the dark and said hello to me. I was scared and close the door immediately. I went to ask the hotel staff and she was quite indifferent and said everyone would make mistake, her attitude made me feel it was my problem to care about this mistake. I felt unsafe , seems that anyone could come to open the hotel door “by mistake”. Because I don’t have a roommate, I left there and pick another hotel. Before I left, I want to dispute my booking, the staff gave a fake email and refuse to give any phone number. She claimed that it was their manager’s email and I could send email to him, but actually it was email for someone who was not in their hotel. Never get such bad experience among all my bookings on Expedia so far.

When we got there, we were told they did bot have rooms available because the head house keeper only scheduled 1 house keeper, and she had to call 22 other people and cancel there reservations, luckily while we were waiting and talking a room became available, room was ok, bed was hard and the fake wood floor was peeling

Worst hotel ever. Everything is falling apart!!
We arrived around 3 pm and been told that they are behind cleaning process and will check us in at 4pm. When we came back at 4:00 pm the lobby door was lovked and there was a note saying that there is a technical problem and the frontdesk will be back in 30 min. We had to wait for more than an hour and dinally call weatin customer service to contact the property. After we got our key the elevator to the 3rd floor was not working. It was such a poor cistomer seevice and overal experince.

I accidentally booked room for the wrong date. I immediately realized it and tried to change the date to no avail. Tried numerous times to contact hotel directly but no one ever answered. Expedia said the booking was non refundable. I had to book a different hotel with the correct date . ( One day later). I didn’t stay at this hotel and will never stay there or any Best Western if this is the policy. Thanks for nothing.
