The property itself is very clean and the staff is great, but it is in an industrial area. My room backed up to an alleyway and it got really noisy in the morning. The bed was hard and so were the pillows. I usually take my own pillows and I would recommend you do so.

You guys need to upgrade to body wash and shampoo dispenser as you are giving soap bar for bathing and hand wash. You can smell strong pungent odors when you step into third floor. I can see the front desk lady giving two water bottles and some compliments which I didn't receive. Are they special customers? There is no mention about extra parking lots as we need to search for place to park if the main parking lot is full. WiFi not working and had to ask the front desk guy. AC is not switching to heat mode quickly probably its manipulated in that way by the hotel guys. Breakfast was good.

This was a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable - staff was super nice - they even sent me a personal text to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything they could do to improve my stay - I’ve never had a hotel do that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love staying at the Beat Western Henferson. Its VERY clean and all of the staff is happy & friendly. That is not common so big shot out all management and staff for creating that enviroment. It also feels safe, i have stayed here without my husband and felt comfortable.
