Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast options. Gym had some broken equipment and pool was a bit chilly. The surrounding area is ok, not a lot of great dining options but the price reflects that. Would visit again.

Everyone on the staff was friendly. That's always nice, The shower didn't have enough pressure for my preference - I like the water to stream hard enough to rinse off the soap. The included breakfast was the same as everyone else's - powdered eggs and make-your-own waffles. Real eggs would be excellent!

Excellent stay. Very quiet and helpful staff. Only complaint is we received an email before our stay welcoming us and offering us any assistance with our stay. We texted back and asked about the possibility of early check-in. We never heard back from them. Other than that, no issues.

The hotel was very clean with up to date furnishings. The king bed was comfortable and firm, easy on my back. The k-cup coffee machine with Green Mountain pods was great. The microwave and refrigerator was a welcome amenity. A 24 hour available custom brew coffee machine provided very good tasting coffee located near the front desk. I never felt the need to drive to Starbucks. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and hot. All the food was replenished throughout the breakfast hours and the dining room was extremely clean. Kudos to the entire staff. The area surrounding the hotel may look a bit rough and its off the beaten tourist path to be sure, but that wasn't an issue for me. In fact, I view it as a bonus. No need to worry about your car. I had zero issues during my week stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'll be staying here in future visits.
