The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. My wife kept getting bit when she sat in certain seats in the room and in the elevator waiting area. We asked for late check out so we could get a little rest before checking out and the housekeeping staff woke us up even with the do not disturb sign on the door. The front desk staff called our room waking us up 2hrs before checkout because the clerk didn't add late checkout to our room when we requested it... then lied and said she wasn't the person I'd spoken to on the phone, when I questioned the situation at checkout. She clearly said her name and I recognized her voice when she answered the phone, when I asked for late checkout. This was my first time staying at this hotel and it'll most likely be my last.
