I arrived early and they informed me that the check in is at 3:00 pm which is normal, they offered me a room instantly for an extra charge, I told him I’ll wait, came back at 3:30 he told me you got to wait as it may take till 6 to check you, and I gotta pay to take an instant room. I ended paying as I needed to use the bathroom.

Visit Casino . Rooms overrated
Really disappointed. First stay at Caesars Palace but not first stay in Vegas . Trying to stay at all the major hotels and will likely not stay here again . Overpriced for a room with frayed carpet … checkin I was firstly given the wrong room and I had prepaid . For all the up charges the rooms should be pristine ! And not sure what u have to pay to get a room with a view . I felt claustrophobic.

Will not stay here again. No service. The towels looked like they were used and haphazardly folded and hung. Soap bottle seal was already broken. For a $400 a night room, they nickel and dime you on everything. Even coffee in the room was $25. I went to Bellagio to gamble because Caesars already made enough money from me. I do not recommend staying there.

Good location and they upgraded me to a nice, very large room. I liked the room, shower, comfortable bed and close walk to a lot places. Lines were long and staff was slow whether it was checking in or at Starbucks. They also “accidentally” had a system error that tried to charge me for a night even though I paid via Expedia. They obviously took it off the bill, but it seemed sus as this was a pretty straight forward transaction.
