Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and as soon as I asked them if my Ceasars rewards membership number could be added to my reservation even though it was through Expedia the gentleman said absolutely and even upgraded my room! So much to do nearby. The property is fun and a lot Of ambiance. Only complaint I have is that the room should be upgraded, as to turn on the lights in the room we had to turn the knobs on the lamps. The rooms could be a little more high tech friendly for such a nice resort and fees you pay. Other than that each time I have stayed here I really have enjoyed it.

My favorite Vegas hotel
Check in was especially slow, but we did get a very nice room. This hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly, so despite the wait, it was worth it.

Hotel was beautiful. My room was shabby; chipped furniture and chipped bathroom cabinets. The shower didn’t drain properly. I asked the cleaning staff for towels since they didn’t clean the room and was told to see house keeping because they didn’t have any towels. No place to sit if your we’re not gambling.

This was my first stay at this property, and I've always wanted to stay at Caesars knowing how beautiful it was from the outside; however, it's starting to show a lot of wear and tear on the inside especially the Julius Tower. I was surprised that they left this tower so blemished, the room I got had one of the bathroom lights not working! And the carpet in the room needed to be replaced or pulled up as it was bunching up when walked on. I don't understand why they continue to give this room to customers to use, it is in poor need of some TLC! And I was put on the 13th Floor, is it lucky or UNLUCKY! They don't even ask!

I got upgraded to the nobu hotel it was perfect very private and quiet, bed was very nice and comfortable staff was really nice only I would say is the fridge was stocked but you couldn’t touch it or you will be charged but overall great stay
