We were far away from the front desk. We could not get a good wifi signal. The room didn’t have a small fridge unless you pay a $20/day fees. Even though you have to pay a $50 resort fees that we didn’t even used

I was at the pool and approached a staff member at the pool bar and asked for a cup of ice. He replied an extreme profanity Off”. His name was Francisco. I complained to management and asked to be contacted about outcome. That never happened. I couldn’t believe it. Very disappointed and quite frankly flabbergasted.

Poor signage around for the front deak and restrooms. From self parking to the front desk is a long walk. I'm currently at a home 2 suites acroas town and I'd much rather stay here. Hilton focuses on your stay. Cesars Palace is more concerned about the facade of the casino and entertainment. Room was fine... I took something out of the mini bar just to look at it and was automativally charged and when I called the front desk at check out about the charges they said that if I left the items I would be billed $75 additional for a restocking fee - made no sense. There was a small sign on the desk saying so but nothing actually on the fridge - now I know. Several broken elevators. It was nice and clean and staff were friendly - I just wanted the experience. Won't do it again. Notging special and just inconvenient - the parking was the biggest issue.

The staff (except for Moses) was rude and acted like they hated being there. The first room we were put in was dirty, the usb ports didn't work, the toilet handle had to be held down to flush, the bathtub was dirty and the ac didn't work adequately. We were moved to a different room and the ac still didn't work well. Yes we had a thermostat but it didn't change the temp that we wanted. The towers with the rooms were outdated. We were so disappointed with our stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the money. There's so many other resorts, cheaper and better.
