It is nothing they can do anything about because it is the building design. Our room was absolutely the furthest point from the parking garage you could get. If we decide to stay there again, we have to make sure we request a tower closer to the garage. I did have 1 staff member insinuate twice that I was an idiot when I was inquiring about our refrigerator request. I kept telling her that the room already had one so I shouldn't be charged for the one requested. She kept insisting that I was referring to the mini bar even though I kept telling her that I knew the difference. We brought this to the attention of one of the managers and she was very nice and helpful.
