Apon arrival AC in my room was not working After 2hrs on phone went to front desk waited 15 mins to request service Technician entered room without me there Used toilet once in handicap bathroom never shut off causing a foul order coming from drains in floor to fill the room This place is old with a fresh coat of paint Why anyone would consider purchasing a time share here is beyond me. Renting a room is even questionable. The one bright was the water slides my granddaughter enjoyed them However watch your loved ones as I watched a older lady come off the the top slide and almost drowned. Watch your love ones

The property itself is great. We’ve been here many times in the past and enjoyed the property. Unfortunately things have changed that have made it’s a less family friendly environment. When I say that I mean if you have a family that’s bigger than 4. They have a no guest policy that’s also a bummer . We came here so our 7 year old could swim on her birthday with her little cousin and we were told no guest so had to send her away. The 1bedroom 2 bathroom king suite with a sofa bed is 4 guest max , so if you have 2 adults and 3 kids you have to book another room so that’s a huge inconvenience. We did attempt to upgrade to a larger room so that my niece could swim with us and they didn’t allow it.We literally only had one 7 year old guest. Parking was easy enough. The elevator access was great. The holing fee is by far more expensive than any other Hilton . And the pool won’t even let you bring water to the pool . The drinks sold in the pool area start at $16 each and were very small. My biggest problem was that over half of the pool was closed and it was mostly the areas where the pool was 3ft for little ones . Everyone was smashed into on small area of the pool. Water slides were great. Multiple slides multiple heights . A good amount of the hot tubs were also closed. I definitely didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth for this visit .

The constant noise of the a/c return vent was irritating. Ironing board was broken and unusable. The stall shower door would not close, the floor was slippery and the soap dispenser was empty. The location was excellent for our needs. Close to South Point and Del Taco

If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy a family-friendly experience, the Cancún Resort by Hilton in Las Vegas is an excellent choice. Unlike many hotels in the city, this resort does not have a casino, which makes it a much quieter, safer, and more family-oriented environment. The property is always clean and well maintained, with ongoing updates to keep the facilities fresh and inviting. It features three swimming pools, fun water slides, a Game Center for kids, and plenty of amenities that make the stay enjoyable for all ages. Overall, it’s a great place to rest while giving your family a fun and unique Las Vegas experience. The value for the money is very good, though of course, if the rates were a bit lower, it would be absolutely perfect.

Only 2 handicap parking spots located in parking garage per building...more are needed. Roach found in our unit was quickly removed and maintenance sprayed the unit. Security assisted in moving to a different unit. Pool area accessible from only one end of the property-our unit was on the other end. Long walk for persons with mobility issues.
