I paid for everything online using Expedia and arrived on site, had to pay so much in "resort fees". Then after the fact, after leaving the hotel room absolutely spotless, never received my deposit back and was charged extensive additional fees for absolutely no reason. We were bombarded by timeshare salespersons from the start who wouldn't leave us alone, and called the room multiple times, nonstop, until we literally unplugged the phones. Absolutely insane costs.

Other than our tubs faucet needing to be tightened (water actually went through the wall to the kitchen area but our things were safe) it was nice Beautiful space Nice pool 6 adults fit comfortably A bit away from the main strip & concert grounds but for the price we managed.

Place was nice, but the beds in the room were horrible. Our one bed legit had a huge sized hole on the side by the window that was unsleepable. It also sucks getting charged a resort fee and then everything is closed for the day we were there. Maybe we just got a bad apple because the staff was friendly and nice, but the actual room part sucked .

This was my second time at Cancun, although it's been a good 10 years. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The appliances were all high end, the ONLY thing i did not like were the shower/tub situation. The room had 2 bathrooms which was great, however the smaller bathroom had a tiny shower, maybe 3x3 feet..great size for children, but any larger adult may feel trapped, also the floor is NOT anti-slip, so i put a towel on the floor to keep from slipping.. the larger bathrooms tub was very high, so if you're short or older or have bad knees or hips, it may be an issue getting in/out not sure why this is, but it is...other than these 2 bathroom issues, i would score it a perfect 5 stars, but i cannot. Rooms are very clean, nice TV's etc. NO Daily housekeeping either Viva Las Vegas !
