The hotel was beautiful and the room I got was really nice to except the fact I got a room that was sapost to have 2 twin beds and the hotel decided to take them out of the rooms so me and my friend had to sleep on the most uncomfortable sofa bed then when we arrived I was unaware that it was a time share hotel so I was harassed by the concierge about doing a tour after telling the people multiple times that I was not interested and nobody in my party was either to the point they called me at 1030 in the morning just for them to ask me again about the tour I then say no just for them to call me not even 10 seconds to ask again and then shame me for sleeping in on my vacation so if you not interested in a time share I wouldn't stay here

I really liked this resort. the only thing I disliked was that our room wasn't throughly clean. found soiled paper bags stuffed in the dish cabinet, coffee maker with the coffee pods still inside, bathroom sink had a hole and water went everywhere when washing my face (issue was handled quickly). aside that, this is a very nice resort and would most Def. give them another try again

We loved it. Will come back again. Only bad thing I can say is parts of the pool were not open for the whole time we were there. It would’ve been awesome if the whole pool could’ve been open.

The swimming pool was the main reason we booked this resort, and it didn't disappoint. We had a great time enjoying the pool and our stay overall. However, two policies significantly detracted from our experience. ​First, we were disappointed that housekeeping was not a standard daily service and had to be requested. On vacation, the last thing we want to do is remember to schedule a basic service we've already paid for. ​Second, the no-visitor policy was an inconvenience. We wanted to share our vacation with extended family, but they were not permitted on the property, even for a meal. For a resort that prides itself on being a destination, this seems counterintuitive. We believe these policies should be reconsidered to improve the guest experience.

We must have had bad luck. Only one elevator was working. The cooling tower made noise. The garbage disposal didn’t work but the plumber WAS on it. Doug did a great job. I didn’t like that we were pressured to attend the hotel’s presentation. We canceled and received two follow up calls to try and convince us otherwise. I only answered because I thought it had to do with the noisy pipes. They did send follow up texts regarding room satisfaction though. In all, it was ok. I don’t think we will return though.
