Maintenance work on the property's elevators will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the elevators and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.
The credit or debit card used to place the reservation will be required upon arrival to register. Worst service ever!!! After my car window was broken in THEIR parking garage that is supposed to have security…I requested to be accommodated with a late checkout because I had to get my window fixed and didn’t want to leave my kids in the lobby! They said NO…and that if I wasn’t out by checkout time, I would be charged a late checkout fee! I will NEVER stay there again!

The customer service is very unfriendly but bell boy is friendly people. I booked 2 rooms but they placed us on different building; I have pay for upgrade to be in the same building, it didn’t make sense
