It was clean, and located near the downtown casinos and great brunch restaurants. The Wi-Fi was fast. My only complaint is that it is near some public places with very loud music, where you mainly hear the distorted bass from the motel. But that's not under their control. The lower price more than made up for that.

Best little motel downtown
The staff were very friendly and the rooms non smoking and clean, and everything was within walking distance container park is literally across the street right on Freemont.

Night clerk was horrible very rude it advertised also having cable in room it did not the bathroom toilet kept leaking an hot water took felt like a year to warm up an you couldn’t find cold -hot ratio! The windows also didn’t lock and when i addressed problems the night clerk told me tough if I didn’t like it check out !!! My plane didn’t come in till 1am and that’s what my reservation got me!!! I would not suggest anyone go there who has any class or respect for their family

Muy mala muy mal servicio y la puerta no servía dijeron que iban a arreglarla nunca llegaron a arreglar la puerta estuve encerrada todo el día en el hotel nunca llegaron a comprar la puerta son mal genio solo están observando que está haciendo uno como que te andan espiando son unas personas de descendencia hindú de la India y son muy este se fijan en todo la persona si era una visita le preguntan a que va todo y como que no hay privacidad e ir dos veces y la verdad no no atienden bien la otra vez que fui la televisión no servía y estuve aburrida y en el cuarto y me cobraron de todo o sea no me hicieron ningún descuento son personas que no no sé por qué ustedes recomiendan ese tipo de hotel si son personas que no sirven para tener un negocio de hoteles y son muy déspotas muy groseros

The location was great. We had to go to front desk for batteries for the air conditioning remote and for a light bulb for one of the lamps. Bathroom and walls had stains and at the end of the stay we saw a baby cockroach. The Mantis flames were heard from the room but it didn't go all night. There is a fridge and desk and the beds were decent. Motel not hotel but it got the job done and walking distance from downtown fremont
