The property is right off the highway is a positive. Breakfast was average. The staff did not have name tags on and were rude and non-caring. Service was weak at best. Few shops around and gym was very small.

The staff was polite, helpful and the facilities were clean. The room we stayed is was in the interstate side. We loved that we could not hear the traffic on the interstate. The breakfast was fresh, and other than not having an elevator, we had a wonderful stay.

Needs update and better room cleaning

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 1st room had so much hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet didn't look like it was cleaned. The 2nd room they moved us into still have hair on the bathroom floor but not as much as the other room. There was also a dried up piece of hotdog under our table. The place is older and could use an update. There is a musty smell to the place, the carpet needs to be replaced as there is lots of stains on it. Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet.

I really wanted to like this place, but the little AC unit on the wall never cooled our room (on the second floor with no functioning elevator) below 85 degrees, the key didn’t work the first time so we had to walk back down the stairs to get it reprogrammed, the toilet didn’t flush right, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, the mattress was below average, the place smelled funny, and there was a homeless camp on the front lawn. I feel like rating on Expedia led me astray. I’ll never stay their again.
