Good enough for a quick overnight stay
Family was traveling through and needed a night to stay. Hotel experience was average. The property felt a little dated and beat up but the cleanliness was ok. Breakfast service in the morning needs some more attention as coffee machines were out of order or the food and drinks were not being re-stocked, so we had to pick and choose from what was left over to eat. Otherwise stay was ok, felt good about staying there with my family even though the hotel was in a very busy/congested area in Henderson.

Nice hotel, clean, safe and quiet and family friendly. The breakfast options were subpar but the employees were all lovely and polite. The pool was "out of order" which was a let down because the weather was actually decent for a dip in the spa but we were unable to. The fitness area also left a lot to be desired and the room we were in, the shower was SO loud that you couldn't shower early in the am or everyone in the room would wake up. Overall it was a pleasant stay though.

Rooms are spacious and amazing. Very clean. Staff is also friendly and AMAZING. Beds are a little uncomfortable kept hearing the spring when i moved. Also at breakfast was disappointed they didnt have waffles but eveything else was great the location the price. Would stay here again

Everything was great except for 1 maintenance repair, that I reported twice, but was not addressed, the whole week. Other than that, the Staff is great and the room was nice, with a fridge and a microwave.

My truck got broken in to while staying there. 620 dollars for a new window. The police told me they were at that property all the time, and their security cameras don't work. The staff did nothing to help alleviate the situation. According to them they have 2 sign in their parking lot that say park at your own risk so it's your problem if you get broken in to. I even called the general manager and left a message. She didn't bother to call me back. I'd tell anyone to protect their personnel property and stay somewhere else.
