If I could give 10 stars I would! It's perfect, Magnificent view of mountains, exceptionally clean, great AC, safe neighborhood with a mall close, lot's of stores & food around near freeway to commute, Beautiful awesome pool so relaxing I didnt want to leave!!! Feee hot breakfast was fresh and tasty. I can't say enough good things about my stay here for 3 days, this will be my Go2 when visiting LV, Thanks to the staff very nice & helpfult, The housekeepers do a top notch job! :)

Terrible Customer Service and the Manager refused to correct the situation. Lack of care and commitment… at check in my key cards would not work and I had to change rooms 3 different times before they could finally get me in… lugging bags, suitcases and other items back and forth and the key card won’t work is frustrating! Then it happened two more times during my stay. I also was forced to take a room that I originally had not booked. I wanted a king suite and they gave me a two double bed room. Again no discount or apology for the switch. I believe Diamond could care less too… she seemed like she didn’t care if they got bad reviews or not. I told her and she said okay do it! Very unprofessional… wow and no wonder the property is lack luster! Oh and there was also hair still in the tub and wrapped around the blow dryer… so gross!!!!

This properly is WONDERFUL! Very clean! Housekeeping takes pride in their work! You can definitely tell! My boys swam in the pool and made a bunch of noise and nobody cared! Front desk ladies are very nice too!! A !!!

There was no stay. I found this property on pet friendly Trivago and booked the reservation. I called ahead to the hotel the morning of my stay to confirm I had pets. No one answered the main number so I spoke to someone in Reservations. She placed me on hold then came back to say she had spoken with someone at the hotel to confirm I was bringing pets. When I arrived to check in, I was told they had a strict no pets policy. We had to rebook elsewhere at the last minute.

The staff we very friendly. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of waffle mix about an hour into breakfast our first morning and didnt have any on the second morning. The jets never worked for the spa and the pool lights didnt work the second night. The wifi was out the entire trip. The beds were uncomfortable (even for the teen that can sleep anywhere). Walmart, Target, and seceral ither stored were really close, the neighborhood seemed pretty safe and quiet in the evenings. Felt the room was a little over priced, but it worked for our couple days.

We couldn’t find parking when we arrived & the receptionist was busy on the computer & not very friendly. We also kept having problem with our key, it was an issue every time we left & tried to come back unless it was through the front. Place seems very crammed & dated, nothing like the pictures
