Overall it was good. I recommend not charging things to the room. Just pay outright, it will be easier for check-out. Same with parking. Parking is $18 a day regardless if you leave out of the lot or not. I was charged for parking at the checkout desk and had to pay at the exit. They refunded me but it was still an inconvenience. I had a discount offer of 40% so it was worth it. I wouldn’t pay full price to stay here. Not worth $400+ a night. The lobby is pretty, the casino slot machines are not giving money just taking, the bartenders on the casino floor had attitude if you didn’t tip them, and the food options were great. Also for my folks who need ADA accommodation - stayed in the Roll-in shower wheelchair accessible two Queen City view room and it was 9/10! Had my sister and mom who are wheelchair users and it was great for us.

The hotel and casino is nice. Minimalist modern (sterile). They close the pool at night, which is a shame because the reflection from the building makes it unbearable during the day time. The vaunted Famous Foods stalls were mostly closed, which was something I was looking forward to experiencing. The room was spacious, we had a “King Suite”, with a soaking tub, large walk-in shower, with an additional powder room. The towels were like burla, Motel 6 quality, to be honest. The bedding was comfortable. The couch was pretty low-end. The concierge and housekeeper is not available after 7PM. All in all, I would not stay here again. At this price-point The Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Cosmopolitan, or Bellagio are far nicer and more luxurious.
