Place was nice but room service was horrible. Room service had to be requested 24 hours ahead and even when requested, no one showed up. It’s like no one works here. Place was definitely quiet and restful though. Everyone was friendly. The only bad thing is the room service.

Adequate hotel for several day stay. Rooms alittle worn. Carpet stained. Bathrooms good. Had to request some bath towels but reception responded quickly. Pool not heated and pool towels are a joke( small and thin). Staff friendly. No daily housecleaning. Did appreciate refrig and microwave Was close to Darling tennis center which is why we stayed here

Well kept on the outside, cleanliness is lacking inside. The shower was disgustingly filthy and unusable. The 6 dollar breakfast doesn't exist (I was told its a frozen sandwich and packaged pastry after 7:30 AM). The desk agent was very nice and accommodating but I definetly got the impression she did everything there. They also charged $5 to park in a lot clearly posted about theft with broken car window glass everywhere. And then there was the woman lurking in the bushes of the gym next door obviously doing something wrong. I won't stay here again.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful at all times. We were a large group and they accommodated us for late check outs, ordering food to be delivered and any thing else we needed. I would Definitely recommend this place. Love the mini fridge and microwaves in the rooms and the couches!

Worth the money!

I thought this place was worth the money. Clean and modern enough. For the price, I really enjoyed my stay. I also would like to recognize the front desk team for their awesome and friendly service. They gave me laundry pods for free when it does cost money.
