The staff was a hit in a mess on some being really nice and others wouldn’t give you the time of day. We were staying near the elevator which goes nonstop and was quite noisy so we moved to the end of the hall and for some reason another, it was just as loud. Not that we used it, but the chair was so worn out the foam was coming out of the armrests. I think it was OK value for the money as we just use it to sleep, but did some gambling and ate in a few of the restaurants which were fine.

Staff wrre very helpfull in person and on phones. Place looked great although smaller room than seemed in pictures. All around great stay only bad was parking across street where most are connected so crossing busy street with luggage was a bit off. Will go again and recommend for sure Thanks to all involved

The hotel is good for the price. Pay careful attention to the FSE schedule as there will be music in your room late at night. The hotel says that it provides complementary ear plugs, but you are about 2 blocks away from the main stage speaker stack with a pane of glass in between.

Downtown Grand

Downtown Grand is always an awesome time. It is an older hotel but has been renovated. The pool is nice and mellow. Good place and reasonable prices.

Perfect location for easy rideshare pick up and drop offs as well as walking to Fremont and Area. The room was a bit outdated, but we were offered an upgrade. We choose to stay in our room though because we loved the view and location was perfect. We will forsure stay again!
