Room was decent, location is great - very close to Fremont St, but far enough that the endless Fremont dance music isn't as noticable. Pool was nice. Art Bar has good coffee and a nice breakfast sandwich.

the hotel itself looks nice, but you get up to the room floors and they’re outdated. the hallways smell like mothballs, hotel rooms don’t even have a mini fridge. the bathroom is super minimal and doesn’t have a bar of soap to wash your hands or body with - just one small bottle of shampoo and one of conditioner. no room turndown each day, just new towels. just seemed a lot nicer online than it actually was.

My room (bathroom) smelled like backed up sewer as soon as arrived. Server did not work their way around the pooolside for service. At 10:30 am cleaners were knocking on my door asking me when i was going to leave. Check out is at 11.

The reception was unfriendly and the room was nasty. No towels and a pair of dirty socks on the floor. They did offer us another room but no upgrade. I would not recommend.

Bed was cozy and AC worked great. Loved I could sign in to YouTube and stream. The pool was nice. People downstairs were nice. The Not-so-good- Stayed 3 nights and they never came by to clean room. Maybe that’s normal now? We were gone most of day and figured they would come by. The room was comfortable however and we’d probably come back. The hotel also over charged us after pre-paying through hotels.com. They worked it out and getting paid back the $150 in 7-9 days. Not the end of the world and not awesome either. Also the pool closes at 6pm which is so early.
