Valet was great the whole time helpful and upbeat…just wish I would have chose Durango a lot sooner during my trip I switched hotels thinking it was too far from strip. Ended up getting a good rate to accommodate the travel time and being away from most of the action.

Great stay in Vegas!
This hotel was very nice! The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool in January but it has a nice setup.

It’s net built. Love the interior design. The whole hotel is clean. The room size is big which is great! I love the noodle place on the first floor. Even the line for the restaurant is long you can always order to go and eat at the food court area and it has a lot of seats. Very friendly for family with kids. It is not in the downtown area but it’s very close to a lot of famous restaurants that we are hitting this time. Will definitely come back.

Durango is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of dining options right on site but make reservations to assure yourself a table. Conveniently located between the strip and state parks so you can see a bit of everything while you visit. Staff were very pleasant and contributed to our amazing stay.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast at the George (by the sportsbar) was very good and reasonable. Wait time in the lobby was a little long. Room service staff was professional and did a very good job. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed for the season and no hot tub to relax in the evening. Front lobby staff was very helpful with some business needs. Overall..nice, clean, easy access and parking and would stay here again in the future.

Bringing LA Vibes to Vegas
Durango is such an amazing property off strip. It has everything you need and it is very well manicured. This hotel is a gem and I can't wait to be back. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pool will be fun in the summertime.

When I checked in at the hotel, they charged me an additional fee of about $110. The reason was that they said it was a facility fee, but the pool was closed and I told the front desk staff that I don't use the gym or casino. And on the first day, I turned on the heater in my room, but the air in the room was too cold. I shivered all day without knowing why, and when I contacted the hotel, a technician came and said that the control machine was broken and that cold air was coming out, and replaced the machine in my room. After that, I got a cold and got very sick. The next day, I told the woman at the front desk what happened the day before and she said she had a cold, but she didn't apologize and was very rude and had an angry face. I want a refund for the additional fee of $110, which was written in very small letters when I made the hotel reservation, so that no one would easily find it. This is a hotel I never want to go to again.
