A Break from the Casino

I've been to Las Vegas close to 25 times and I've stayed in over 15 different locations. This one is perfect from the standpoint that it's not a casino, BUT it's close enough to the casino. There are places to shop, eat, relax and have a drink if needed. The staff was professional and cordial. I'll stay here again.

All good except the pool rules

Everything was great overall! The only complaint I have is the wildly strict rules at the pool. I understand safety, but not being able to turn my chair towards the sun, bring in my water, etc. was a little much.

Our room was exceptional. We had a 1 bedroom suite that exceeded our expectations except for the pull out couch bed. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were exceptional. 4 TVs and a Projector! SO MUCH MORE VALUE THAN STAYING AT MGM. The service was top notch. Every single employee we interacted with was very professional, positive and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. If we ever go back to Las Vegas we will definitely be staying here.

A few things I struggled with was when we first arrived, since it’s attached to a mall, we didn’t know where to go. But once we had it figured out, it was just great! Also, the kids really wanted to chill in the hot tub but it was broken/closed the whole week we were there. Otherwise, the very friendly staff, the security and the room we stayed in, were out of this world!!

My family loved the stay here. The facility is very clean and the room setup is very good. Only reason for 4 starts is that the check out time is at 10am. That is really unreasonable. Mostly the checkout times are 11 or 12. Other than that this hotel is great and very convenient from the strip

We found a used underwear under the bed and pieces of popcorn. We also found hair in the bathroom. We called to have it cleaned up and they missed the popcorn. So we called them when we got back to bring this to their attention. The house keeping staff came and knocked very loudly (they were pissed) They entered and picked up the popcorn and turned to my wife and yelled “ 1 popcorn, 1 popcorn, 1 popcorn !!!! My wife had to yell back for them to leave the room. We immediately went to reception to discuss what just happened. Long story short… they did nothing. I am still waiting on a call from management on how they will address the situation. I got better response from Expedia than the Hotel. Worst experience ever !!!!
