It was a rather good experience very nice staff just when we came into the room we had dirty sheets and found something gross in the drawer and we asked for our sheets changed around 4 and didn’t get them changed until 10 the staff was still very friendly about it but then we need a conditioner bottle because we didn’t receive one and we asked around 7 and didn’t get one until the next day around 12

The facility was nice but I’ve never had a card given to me that limited your drinks to two per person and if you got a double it counted as both of your drinks I’ve never had that at any of the other embassy suites that I’ve stayed at

Pros: clean room, large room, great breakfast Cons: air conditioner went out every 5-6 hours so room got really hot and we had to turn it off and on to get the room cool again. 2 out of 4 elevators were broken so it took a long time to get up or down in the hotel. Other: no casino or slot machines in the lobby so it felt peaceful after a day on the strip

We checked in and our room had and order like someone had smoked or vapped in the room. Part of the room looked like a small dog had clawed up the bathroom and cabinet. Some of the carpet was frayed and was coming up. I had also left my coat in the room and called 10 times leaving a message and asking someone from room service to call me back. Finally a week later after requesting the manager marty, he checked and said my coat was no where to be found. Why didn't anyone call me back? The free breakfast was one of the best I've had though.
