Advertisement was misleading

I booked a room at the Encore, ultimately stayed in the Wynn hotel based on the reservation stating that the room was a Wynn room although the interary said Encore Hotel. Hotels.com stated that I would have to pay an additional fee to stay actually at the Encore & to work with the hotel to change rooms.

Went to the buffet at Wynn. Have to say I was a little disappointed in the food, hardly any flavor. But the customer service was fabulous. I have mobility issues and staff was extremely helpful at every turn. I had a scooter and went to Encore theater for a show. Again, I cant say enough about customer service. It was really nice
