The hotel is ageing, which is natural, but the prices do not reflect that. There was no coffee machine in the room, nor any clock. Who has recently seen a hotel without these essentials? My main complain was that the staff, although pleasant, were not able to program my room card so that I could use it to enter and leave the parking lot (which I paid for), despite THREE tries on three occasions. This was a real nuisance and waste of time. I would not recommend this place.

We didn’t have body wash, shampoo available in our room. The room phone didn’t work as well so we could call down to request anything

#1: I found a little cockroach in my room #2: We stayed for three days and we did not get any services, we ran out off toilet paper and we only got to towels. #3: They elevator isn't working properly.
