The staff was so helpful and totally customer service oriented and quickly fixed light bulb. We had lukewarm water for showers so one of us went to "the spa" to be able to have a hot shower. One day the water was a little warm. Battery was low in remote so the remote was not working well. The room was spacious and had a spectacular view. The room was in need of major updating. Furniture was very dated and not many 21st century plug in options. I unplugged the TV to use the plug. We had to move the bed in order to plug in the bedside lamp. Bathroom had corroded fixtures and at times no hot water. We were on the 27th floor and yet the street noise was loud and late after midnight. There is a beautiful "Habitat" area outside with live flamingoes, beautiful ducks, and fish! Koi, catfish, sturgeon.... lovely with decent informational signage.

I loved the property was in the center of where we liked to be. It’s near Caesar Palace, Venetian and in the middle of a lot of dining. The resort was nicely kept and clean. Not a great filtration in the casino but to be expected. The only issue was housekeeping. They don’t clean the room after the first night but called and after that they did every night but didn’t fill up the amenities so we ran out of body wash and by the time we noticed it was late at night. Overall was a wonderful time

Stayed for 3 nights with my fiancé in a king sized bed standard room. Room was clean. We found drinks and food a bit pricy especially near the pool. But other than that we had a great time and staff were polite.

The Flamingo is a beautiful hotel and casino, some rooms have been updated which are very nice. Close to all the other casinos.

Property is ok based on price. Did not get to see all of it . Spa was ok. Location is great in the center of most activities.

Stood in line to check in. Then tried the kiosk. Got all prompts on kiosk done and at end we had to stand in line again to check in because it didn’t work. Lady was rude at check in. Our key card didn’t work in Parking garage when we paid for parking. Floor in our room was always wet from the room below us. Shower didn’t have full door or a curtain so bathroom floor was always wet also. Lamp in room flickered like a strobe light so couldn’t use that.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations and this was not advertised or when we booked our hotel. The reason we picked the flamingo was for the pool. Throughly disappointed and no discounts offered.
