We had a medium grade room with a great view. The room was clean. We love how it was right in the center of the strip. Everything was very accessible to get to. This is my second time to the flamingo and I would definitely go back again.

DOOR LOCK WOULDNT UNLOCK, AFTER 3-4 TIMES OF WALKING A MILE TO GO BACK TO RESERVATIONS, THEY HAD TO HAVE DOOR OPENED. THEN MOVED TO A LOWER BUDGET ROOM, WITH TERRIBLE MATTRESSES AND NO MICROWAVE/FRIDGE. GAVE FOOD/BEVERAGE CREDIT, BUT EVERYWHERE YOU TRY TO USE IT AT THEY SAID NO WE CANT USE THE CREDIT. THEY HONESTLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR TIME, AND WE HAD A 7 MONTH PREGNANT PERSON WITH US AND HAD TO DEAL WITH SO MANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE, AND THE RUDENESS IS BEYOND. NEVER WILL USE A CAESARS OWNED PROPERTY EVER AGAIN, THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME IN ROW USING THEM AND BOTH HORRIBLE. DONT DO IT.

The rooms had the worst smell of smoke. Our friends and us were offered to change rooms, when it came time to change they only had a room for us and NOT our friends even though we both talked to guest services on a phone call together. Loved the location but not the hotel so much. Still had to pay $250 worth of resort fees but not satisfied at all.

The location is the best. Unfortunately, we didn't get what we paid for. My reservation was for a King size bed. It was my husband birthday, and we had a reservation at 9pm at Bugsy restaurant downstairs so when we got to the room, we called to let them know the room assigned was incorrect and the customer service representative was not very helpful. She just put me on hold for a very long time, and we only had 45 minutes to get dress for the dinner reservation and decided to stay in the room with two queen beds. The line at reservation was already too long when we left so we were not going back and loose the reservation, but it was very inconvenience. At least I was given the view I requested just the wrong bed choice.
