Lovely hotel, however, did encounter a few issues

The hotel itself is beautiful and on the whole staff are helpful and friendly. I’ve one criticism and that was the cleanliness in the room. Overall, the room was clean however there were a lot of smudges and handprints up on the window. The smudges and handprints all over the window were adult height and not from children. I went down to the front desk and asked them to send someone up to the room to clean the window whilst we’re out at dinner however this was not done even though I was given assurances by the front desk clerk that it would be. After returning from dinner, I called down to the front desk and asked someone from the management team to come and inspect the window themselves and two individuals from housekeeping were sent up to the room. They were both very apologetic and said they would send someone from house keeping to clean the window the next day which was done. I would’ve liked the management team to follow up to make sure that everything was satisfactory once the window had been cleaned however this didn’t happen which was disappointing. No one followed up when we checked out either or asked how our stay was which again was disappointing since we had encountered a couple of issues. One other small frustration was when we checked in the door key cards were encoded incorrectly so wouldn’t open our hotel door, not a massive issue however we were up on the fifth floor and it was a long walk back to the front desk to get this sorted.

Common areas unremarkable. We had a great view of the Sphere. Valet parking is very good. No coffee in the room, which is extremely unusual for the quality of such a hotel added cost at every turn - which is probably normal in Las Vegas. The gym is excellent. They shut down pool too early.
