Such a wonderful hotel. Very quiet, very nice. If you’re looking for the Vegas experience you can just go right next door to Mandalay Bay! This will be by go to if I’m in Las Vegas!

We liked the quiet retreat feeling on return from hustle and bustle of vegas. Calming walk to room. EVERY staff i encountered were extemely helpful and made everyone feel like they were the only special guest. I was looking for the ice machine and on the 35th floor, the maintenan person stopped and walked me to the ice machine. They didnt have to do that. The lady cleaning our rooms had offered to bring me ice. This hotel outdoes itself for guests like no other. THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE AND LOVELY STAY.

Pool staff is very helpful. Room is very clean. One area of improvement which may be hard to address is the cleanliness at the street level in the sidewalk area- garbage present. Not sure who is responsible for this area- city or the resort.

Very nice, quiet hotel, with a peaceful vibe, which is unusual in Vegas. Very easy access to the Mandalay Bay casino and their pools. The beds were just average and nothing special, at least in the standard room, but otherwise the room was very nice and clean.
