The staff and other crews onsite were polite. Check in and out was very smooth and simple. Right in the middle of the Fremont Street fun. There is no buffet. There is no pool. They tell you there is one and even have photos on Expedia. The Buffet is at Mainstreet Hotel and is over $23. The California is where the pool is. This was not appreciated and we were unable to use either. The false advertising was frustrating. Will not stay here again. I will come back for Tony Romas.

Staff were very friendly and checking in/out was a breeze. Dining options were limited with a mediocre food court being the only option later at night. Room was passably clean with dirt shower glass doors and a dusty desk.

I was pleasantly surprised that my hotel was very clean. I was in downtown Las Vegas and had heard some pretty grim stories

We had a wonderful time EXCEPT our dining on Saturday night at Tony Romo the hostess there needs people skills she was rude after an hour or so wait I went to check how much longer n she said your not gonna be seated tonite!!! , but we went back Sunday n the staff totally different great service as always . I guess the gal the nite before was having a bad night

The hotel has a very small bathroom and no coffee pot in the room. My trip were paid around trip pay. You put $201.00 deposit for the room on my credit card. They only put $101.00 back on my card.instead $201.00 they keep the $100.00. I told that we put the total amount back on your card. People do not stay there. They don't do breakfast. Very poor hotel to stay there.

Vast improvement from last time I was here in 2019. New dining options are fun and tasty. Casino floor is much cleaner and smells less like smoke. Everything is cleaner and updated. Rooms were tiny, but all nicely renovated and new/modern looking. Bathrooms small, but shower is gorgeous. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location is perfect! I can’t wait for my next stay. Will definitely book here.

This was the first time I have ever stayed downtown and it was awesome. Everything is so close and Fremont turns into a giant black party at night!! The hotel was fantastic and I would stay again without a doubt!

They *upgraded* us to a terrible room, one next to the Fremont Experience. We didn't want the noise and they told us there were no other rooms for us. The outrageous noise lasted until 3:30am.
