For the 3 nights that we stay, over-all their services were great. Quiet sorroundings. Linens and towels were all new and cleaned and you know that it is sanitize. Food options in the dining area around casino area have varieties (noodles, steaks, subway, coffee, etc). Outside, you will have some options too. We loved that there's Denny's across the street. I just don't like how heavy cigarette smoke you can inhale once you come inside going to your room and just wonder why there's no complimentary water. It's 10minutes drive away from the center of the Strip so you need to consider the money spent for taxi or Uber but if you are willing to walk, it's a 30mins walk.

OOPS!!!
The room was nice but not the temperature! It was 65° in the room when I went in it and I fought with it for the entire 5-night stay! Engineering came up to "fix" it a couple of times but that didn't happen. No matter what they did, the AC would not stay at the temperature setting. Besides that, there were twelve false alarms that went off in two days and the elevators went out on my last day there. Not my best stay, all-in-all!!!

We were setting up our vendor booth at an event at the hotel. Staying here just made most sense since we weren’t sure what time it would be over. I also picked it because we tow a small trailer and parking was free. Upon arrival, check in was professional and fast. We drove to the third floor parking and there were PLENTY of parking spaces to choose from! Hotel is smoky as most casinos are, but I liked how there was an attendant before you were able to get on the elevators to the rooms. Made me feel safe…or at least that someone was watching. Our room was clean and just what we needed. We ate at their 24 hour TGIFridays. Wonderful having food places available so we didn’t have to unhitch the trailer or tow it around town. My hubby and daughter found a few other restaurants just across the street too later in the day. For the most part, the halls were quiet. Downside … two of the casino bathrooms were out of order. Not just one stall, but the whole bathroom! We had to go from the upstairs event, downstairs and all the way across the casino to use the bathroom. That entailed using the one small elevator that was shared with another event or the escalators that had a steady stream of people on it. Positive though, the one bathroom was always clean and I never had to stand in line.

Our room had a holebin the wallnin the bathroom and no place near the shower to hang up a towel..think thats why a hole. Uopn check in just after noon. I paid the almost 40 early check in and then after i paid found out no feebif after 1.. i would have gladly waited until 1 to check in.. the lady never mentioned that. All in all i was not impressed.. plus, the pool closed at 7pm... i paid a resort fee and never got to use any resort services. I will not book a room here again, waste of money and felt scammed.

The good – rooms have been redone and they are nice, clean and comfortable. Bad-as soon as you walk in, you smell musty carpet, cigarette smoke, and highly perfume cleaning products to try to cover it all at once, it's overpowering. All of the restaurants open up to the casino and you can't get away from the smell until you go up to your room.
