We checked in after dinner for a one-night stay, and arrived to our room, pitch dark. The AC didn’t appear to be on, so we decided to give it some time and see if the room would cool down after adjusting the thermostat. The room stayed warm. I decided to use the bathroom and before turning on the shower, found used face towels hanging on the shower head. We decided to call the front desk who promptly offered us a new room. A kind bell hop delivered us the new room keys. TV channels were lacking, but the room was clean. Unfortunately they did not offer complimentary late 30-minute check out despite this being a weekday. Also since the casino area is older, the smell of smoke lingers and sticks to your hair. The room price is cheap enough but the resort fee is high for an off-strip property, considering the amenities covered.

I’ve been to this property twice. Their check in is easy but do be careful about the hold that they put during your stay (it’ll go away after you checkout). Their rooms are clean and decent, but most of the time have issues with their Internet.

I stayed for 1 week. Room was acceptable (though I had a view of a wall), but I only really slept and showered there. Casino floor was large, with sports bar, bar and ten-pin alley available. Bus links to the strip (10 mins), and food options within the casino across the road. Friendly staff, and no issues. Would recommend for those who don't want to be on the strip 24/7. UK reviewer.

Great stay off the strip! Conveniently located next to the bus stop for easy transit to the strip, Walgreens, and many food options. The hotel has well-kept rooms with great entertainment options (bowling room, arcade). I will definitely come back!

I stayed at Gold Coast during BCA Worlds. It was clean, quiet, good room price, had several dining options, walkable to the Rio, and easy to get to/from via Uber. Would stay again.
