It was a great older hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The only problem I found is that the air conditioner is central so you can’t play with it. The room got a little stuffy but not bad once you acclimate. I loved the price and the location.

The place was clean and the rooms are smoke free. But when you go down to the casino and bowling alley the smoke was overwhelming. I guess we forget about this since we live in California.

Great choice for business or fun
The gold coast is probably the hotel i have been happiest with in vegas, and ive stayed at many of the big hotels on or near the strip. Good restaurants available even at odd hours, not overpriced food or lodging. Only downside is lack of easy access to strip but room cost is enough cheaper to justify the taxi cost.
