Bed was horrible and called down but unable to help. The remote didn’t work so no tv. No coffee maker or fridge. We have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. This was our second time staying, thought we would give another chance. I guess not again.

The room was quiet, calming. Beds were very comfortable. Onsite food was very good. Our only complaint was that even though we ordered a porter to help with our bags upon departure, no one showed up at the designated time. We had to haul them ourselves. This was especially difficult because one of us was using crutches.

the staff was wonderful. we were only there a night but it was apparent that the bathroom was never truly cleaned, because most of the faucet fell apart...my boyfriend is a contractor so he looks at those things, there was soap rings all around the tub, spots all over the mirror. the air conditioning was phenomenal, especially since it was 100 outside. was our first time there, and I would stay again.

The pool bartender was very rude, when they made the incorrect drink/over charged for what was ordered. Came out from around the bar and was yelling and pointing at our group… not impressed with lack of professionalism.

Pricey But REALLY Nice
We upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival at the Las Vegas Golden Nugget. WOW, what a room. Everything was spotless in the room. Two TV's. Fridge. Dual sinks in bathroom. No Microwave though. Casino was 1st class. Right in the heart of downtown Vegas. We had a blast.
