This property was great, the safety of the property was remarkable. Staff was great! Restaurants amazing ! The only downfall for this property was the elevators leading to the parking garage. One was constantly inoperative, I stayed here 3 years ago and it was the same scenario. When you pay this much to stay at this property, these should both work. No out of service sign or anything. No stair offer to get up to certain levels of the garage. Now you have 50 people waiting to get up, or down..big downfall in that situation.
