Overall it was great. The property was a little dirty and need of a deep clean. Where the air came out the vents there was dirt on ceiling and baseboards needed a deep clean. Did it affect my stay? absolutely not. Would stay there again? Absolutely.

No credits or anything was made for us due to the complete inconveniences we suffered from the elevator and loss of the cold food items we left to buy whej we extended our stay. Couldn't even check out couldn't do anything because all of my money was in my room that I could not access except for by nine flights of steps with a nine year old child. The food we left to buy was bought with an EBT card and therefore I didn't need any cash, not that it matters, but I didn't take anything unnecessary with me. We were offered to go swimming great, but when you don't have a swimming suit it's a little difficult. We had no sunscreen there was nothing. I even asked for a fan the first night and was told we didn't have any but when we went to check in for our second day which was the Extended Stay I saw a box fan on the floor of the waiting area. I understand that could be for employees and people coming inside but it just seemed that nobody went out of their way to do anything and this was a complete nightmare it ruined our entire second day and the reason why we even extended our stay. The elevator was out all day not a 30 min thing, from 10 am to 6pm at night. Nightmare

We love staying at the Grandview and walking over to the events at SouthPoint. The pools are fabulous and the little cafe at the main pool is fabulous and offers so many selections. Fabulous place to stay.
