Usually a great stay, this time not so much

I've stayed here before and plan to stay again, but this stay was really bad and if it was my first time here I'd never stay again. Upon arrival the couch in our unit was soaking wet, clearly just cleaned. We requested another room and they asked if we would accept a new couch instead, we thought it was odd but we agreed. Then we found crusty remnants on the lid of the toilet. We called the front desk back and requested once again to be moved. Front desk agent Jose informed us that they would charge me a cleaning fee to move my adjoining room since there was nothing wrong with the 2nd room (they failed to properly clean one of the adjoining rooms so I had to pay extra to stay with my kids and have a clean room? Clown show!) Then maintenance showed up with a mattress for the couch bed instead of a couch. I requested a call back from the manager who readily agreed to move us without charging us a cleaning fee for the adjoining room. We were given incorrect information about pool hours when we asked for clarification because some literature in the rooms had the old pool hours closing at 11 and not 10. We were told 11 and then security kicked us out at 10. The next day house keeping entered our rooms, surprised to find we had not vacated like they were told we had (we were always booked for 2 nights). We asked for late check out the final day, they granted us one hour extra until 11 am. House keeping entered our rooms at 8 and 10am. This stay was distressing.

A swing and a miss!

Zero insulation between units unfortunately you can hear the person above you like there in the same room, no fans in the bathroom, and the living room furniture is cheap outdated and uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable however, Plus the swimming pools are too far away from some of the buildings, our room was never serviced during our stay. We would not stay here again, not a good value for the dollar spent in our opinion.

(As a Worldmark owner) For whatever reason, most RCI ,Worldmark and Wyndham properties all share one common problem that should actually be fixed cause it is getting kinda gross. Get rid of the garburators and fix the constant draining issue in all of the sinks. I mean, bathrooms, and kitchen sinks, showers, tubs all take a bit to drain which feels nasty, especially when you're standing in shower water. And note, most garburators we run into are broken. Other than that, the property is great, staff are great, and I look forward to coming back, hopefully to unplugged drains.... One more thing, the fella that came to fix the kitchen drain was wonderful. RCI is very lucky to have him. I think his name was Gerry or something?

We arrived at 4am and checked in at the front desk and got our keys to open our room door to find out our room had not been cleaned. Very disappointed and the last thing we wanted to do was wait for them to fix the problem when we wanted to sleep.

This is probably the best value I've ever gotten for my money at a property in Las Vegas! The room was huge and had a full kitchen and also washer and dryer. Property is well maintained and a walk right across the road gets you to the Southpoint casino which is one of the best we've been to. Will stay here again for sure, would work really well for large groups or longer stays.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They had plenty of amenities. Best part was it was right next to South point casino. You just walked right next door. Plenty of food options there. The place is a bit dated. But our room was clean
