Property was as advertised. Staff was good and not pushy on the timeshare thing. Clean room and would recommend the hotel for both business trips and family trips.

Would not recommend this property at all. I had the worst experience of Vegas stay at this property. I booked the property for 3 days and here is my experience: 1) I was charged huge amount of money per day. And there was no room cleaning being done by the hotel. They have this weird rule that “ cleaning will only be done if the booking is of more than 9 days” . This is so disappointing. 2) The bed lamp was not working. 3) The bathroom door lock was not working. 4) They did not provide sleepers. 5) The parking space was not available. 6) The pool is also for children only. The max depth of the pool is 4ft only. 7) The curtains in the room were not functioning. 8) The hotels at the main Las Vegas Boulevard were available at much cheaper prices than this one . 9) The hotel staff refused to provide extra towels. 10) No complimentary water bottles provided . Despite having all the above limitations , I was still charged $250 for 1 day . Why such a huge amount ? Not at all justified and recommended to anyone.

Always a great option

Great option for the price if you dont mind being away from the strip. Only problem was the elevator of our building was out of service for a few hours. I didnt mind walking 11 stories up the stairs, but i wasnt carrying anything at the time. Aside from short elevator issue it was great to stay.

We usually stay across the street, but that hotel was full so we booked the Grandview. PLACE IS AWESOME! All rooms are like small apartments with full kitchens AND a washer and dryer. We spent more time in the room then we did at the event next door! It was just so comfortable and nice! We will go back!

Upon arriving in our double rooms, one room was flooded from the washing machine had to call to get it cleaned up, left for dinner to come back to a room with towels left all over the floor the washing machine still pulled out and when calling a second time for housekeeping the lady who picked up had a attitude but other than that we didn’t let that ruin our vacay!

This place would have been great if it wouldn’t have been for the very aggressive time share salespeople . They not only cold called me soliciting I go to a 90 minute “presentation” they also scolded me multiple times wanting me to agree to buying into their timeshare when I knew it wasn’t right for me financially. I was not there 90 minutes , I was there over 3 hours . This has affected my future plans to stay there . Please do not let their sales people lure your into any presentation. I considered if abuse by how aggressive they were

Overall nice stay

Nice hotel, did not know no housekeeping unless there for 9 days or more. I had to keep calling asking for towels, do not like no sheet changing for that long. However I did not ask for sheets either since no housekeeping. This hotel has lovely amenities and everyone was kind. Also do not like how they try to get you with the buffet and other things, but once I told him no he was not pushy. Also no smoking but the elevator smelled like weed all the time. Overall recommend awesome price point, nice room and kind service.
