If only for one night.

Property was clean enough. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. Room decor was old and worn. The curtains were tearing. Shower head was not adjustable. Requested a broom and 2nd remote. Only the remote came no broom. Didnt like checking in and being encouraged to attend a timeshare proposal while getting my parking pass. It was good enough for one night. No comparison to my Marriott timeshare I usually use. Property needs a update. Parking is not secured from surrounding area. No luggage carts located in lobby of the building. Wouldnt suggest staying if your use to a more upscale resort experience. Pros had 2 rooms 2 full kitchens and laundry. Good for multiple family travel. At end of strip next to Southpoint hotel for casino and food.

I have been staying at this location for over 15 years now and renovations/updates to the facility do not look like they have occurred over the years. Things look dated, doors were coming off, resources supplied for the kitchen have not been replaced and were missing (Dishes, pans, and eating utensils). It took three attempts to finally get settled in my rooms as the first rooms assigned were dirty and had not been cleaned, the second rooms smell strongly of backed up sewer, and finally the third rooms were okay, but still were missing items needd for my stay.

Like the size and clearness of room and property. Because of parking, will probably never book there again. Had an issue with not having hot water and our refrigerator stop working, but they promptly took care of each issue.

The room was a lot bigger than I had anticipated. Place was clean and check in was fast and easy. We visit Las Vegas at least once a month to see our daughter who just recently moved there and The Grandview of Las Vegas is now our home away from home!

Our sink was clogged the entire time we were there. Security and other staff were rude. No one ever asked if we needed anything and we stayed for 4 weeks. People were smoking weed inside and outside and were not told anything regardless of the signs that were up. Our room smelled really bad when we got it and i had to clean it. The beds are uncomfortable. I had to wash the sheets because they smelled like sweat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grandview. Overall it was clean, and the staff was very nice and courteous. There was one pool that was a quiet pool, that was nice for those of us with no littles. They had activities for families with littles. We watched local fireworks from our room which was very nice since we didn’t want to deal with the busy strip area. The rooms were nice, especially for the price and the full kitchen, definitely a plus!

Very large clean and well equipped units. Perfect for large families. Ok pools not for swimming just for relaxing and best for small kids. Off the strip... requires frequent drive to main attractions in Vegas. Parking is tight especially at night.
