Inexpensive Stay Away From The Strip

This is our second stay at the Grandview and plan on staying there again. Pros: Inexpensive, large rooms, amenities/space in the rooms, off the strip, less traffic, good gambling next door at South Point Cons: Rooms are a starting to show wear and need updating and maintenance If you are looking for a 'apartment' style room, for a reasonable cost, Grandview is for you. The rooms are large with a living and dining area, full kitchen, king bed, and full bathroom with soaking tub. Just know it is not near the strip (that is a pro for us) and the rooms are part of a timeshare.

Really enjoyed our stay it was clean ,had so much space a full kitchen and stuff to do w the family .Loved that it didnt smell like a casino and it was quiet snd not far from things.Pools are heated ,they have an arcade and mini golf and a 24 hour starbucks which is awesome just right next door.I would highly recommend staying here

This was a work trip and the location to freeway, parking, layout of hotel with a living room and a kitchen was a plus. Definately needs some updating. We had a couple that was screaming and fighting at 2am in the hallway and proceeded in the room next to us (not the hotels fault) but the plumbing from adjacent rooms was very loud, not sure whats going on there? was a bit startling in the middle of the night! We were woken up several times through our week stay, needless to say we didnt get a lot of sleep. definately not a quiet hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were ok, back to updating, bedding definately needs replacing. Down comforters are flat as a sheet and seen better days. Overall served its purpose! Not great but not bad either.

No bath towels in unit. Called front desk and after 2 hours had to call again to request bath towels. At 3am, we were woken up by loud noise of water running through pipes. It sounded as if someone was using the tub in the room. Walls are thin and hear everynoice from neighboring room while they were using the kitchen

The Grandview is a below average resort, the parking is atrocious, be prepared to park at south point. Not to mention but the staff is also a bit rude, I would never stay here again.
