First room had black mold wverywhere in the shower, shower door was falling apart, caps for the sink wete missing, and stains in carpet. Totally gross. They upgraded us and the room was amazing and beautiful. But again, black mold in the shower. They need a major remodel . Wont be returning.

We were traveling with our daughter and we’ve stayed at more than a dozen beautiful four and five star hotels along the strip. We heard that your hotel was nice and that because we were traveling with our 12 year-old daughter she would enjoy the pool and we would enjoy the Jacuzzi upon check-in. We were told that the pool and Jacuzzi were closed for the season. They directed us to, an unheated pool called the pond that closed at 5 PM and we arrived at 3:45 PM so to say that we were disappointed would be an understatement. We will not be returning to her hotel.

This resort - looks like it is top notch but the pool and spa were closed, they refused to give us a 2 nd robe, the tub and shower water were fickle, and it was very difficult to gather resort information like room service. The valet and VIP were nice.

a great option after years of staying on The strip. Classy yet fun. Beautiful location. Nice & quiet. Great staff. You'll need to use more Rideshare or rent a car but its worth it. I wish they would start a shuttle service again. Definitely to the airport, but also maybe a few times per day to from The Strip or Downtown

Decent value but much depends on supply and demand
The rooms are a bit dated but the grounds are beautiful. The pool area is quite a scene. We were there during an October weekend when the hotel was sold out. For the elevated prices we had to pay, the hotel room did not really meet expectations as the bed was not that comfortable and the walls are thin (so we could hear a LOT of noise from hallway and neighbors). That said the location is very convenient and the casino restaurants are excellent.

At every turn, there was some kind of disappointment with the property. In room dining was a D. Checkin was slow. Staff didn’t have any awareness of guests. No access to pools during remodeling. Wasn’t notified. Loud construction going on. Again not made aware. Bar service extremely slow. Good news is response from hotel manager after sending an email making them aware of my dissatisfaction… they were responsive, apologetic and I felt heard. Their response is the only reason I would come back. Fingers crossed for next visit.

Not super impressed with hotel
The overall room size was nice, but the hotel is in great need of renovations and updating. The shower was really small and not in good condition. The rooms are really dark and have poor lighting, The resort fee was exceptionally high -$50 per day with tax. This was unreasonable especially since the main pool was closed and the gym closed for renovations. We were told the main pool would be open and were disappointed to find out it was closed when we arrived. It was 100 degrees each day so this made no sense to close the pool so early in the year. We liked the attached casino.
