The staff appears to be incompetent. While checking in, we waited in line for some time (fine, not unexpected). When we finally got to the front of the line, we were told to go to the members room to check in. This lost is our place in line and was another waiting line that doubled our waiting time. Lady checking us in couldn't have cared less about our inconvenience. Got a voicemail the next morning indicating that my negative feedback on a "check-in experience" survey would get us a $30 credit (nice, appreciated). An hour later, I got another voicemail from the front desk and I was asked to call back. However, no number was left for a call back. When I stopped by the front desk that evening to "return the call" I was told that no one requested a call back. It was a voicemail, I didn't imagine it. So fun, more lines and more waiting for no reason with the added bonus of some condescension. When I checked out the next day, there was no $30 credit. Short story, it could have been a run of bad luck, or the front desk staff is incompetent. Either way, it was disappointing and I expected better. However, besides the service, it was a fantastic location, big casino, great dining, reasonable cost, awesome beds, and really fun piano bar.

Room had a musty smell and the air conditioning system kept the air feeling very damp no matter what setting we tried. Outlets did not work, neoghbors extremely nosey and front desk was no help in assisting even at 1:30 am.

Huge hotel with lots to do and good restaurants. Rooms are very large (unnecessarily so) and the staff at reception weren’t great but it was a fine trip.

Out of 10 opportunities, I've stayed at Harra's 9.5 times. For the first time I'm going to complain, not only was the room more expensive, but it was smaller than what I usually get, there was no cleaning even one day, despite having requested it, it was very noisy (I know that being Las Vegas it is logical), but I have never had noise absolutely all night until 6 am. I was used to large and well furnished rooms, now it was the opposite.

Harrah’s is a great option for those looking for affordable rooms right on the strip. Having the monorail station right behind is a plus. This is my second time staying here and was not disappointed.
