I give 4* because we had an overall good experience at Harrah’s but really this hotel (compared to other LV hotels/casino) is more like a 3*. BUT the room was clean and and comfortable. Service was okay (had to do the self check in because the line up at reception was terribly long) and had to call service for a toilet problem and they send someone in the next hour which is not bad. The sent of the perfume they put in the hallways is wayyyy too strong and awful!!! Other than that everything is okay like nothing impressive but not bad either. Very budget friendly (nightly rate only because everything else in LV is out of this world expensive)

I didn't like the bedding. There are only 2 top sheets. No blankets unless you ask for them. It is hot in the casino. The food venues where good. The spa staff were great the spa itself is just ok.
