Didnt like I didn't have my ID, but other forms of documents and they still made me wait an 1 hour and a half for my wife to get there even though the reservation is under my name and debit card. Made zero sense. Blood on pillows, and beds are uncomfortable. Probably wont stay again. For price it was ok.

Check in and check out was fast and easy. He was able to put whole party on the same floor. Kiosk was a hassle but someone came right away and took us to counter to check in. Room- needed some tlc. Plugs on nightstand wouldn’t hold a battery charger in, shower pressure was poor, and towel bars loose. Elevators interior needs some attention. Elevators were fast between top and bottom and there were enough of them. Housekeeping was very friendly. Restaurants were great, especially Gordon Ramsey’s. Close to Sphere was a bonus.
