Had a wonderful experience for the 2nd time. My last visit was 7 years ago. They thing I was not expecting & disappointed was the parking fees. HUGE inconvenience we ended parking at another casino off the strip where my son stayed for FREE VALET parked & ubered back to Harrah’s. Next time we will stay off the strip & just uber it’s way cheaper.

Overall, very nice property. Just a few things. The first night, the room we paid extra for wasn’t available, and instead of upgrading us, they put us in a much smaller room. No fridge in this standard room. Lack of towels in the room. No microwave in any of the rooms. No complimentary waters or toothpaste. But the service was very good, staff are very friendly, and the vibe is nice!

Fun and Relaxing

Enjoyed my stay at Harrah's. Centrally located so it was easy to get to shows at the Sphere, Caesars, and at Harrah's. Good choice of food available and a Starbucks in the lobby! Enjoyed the pool each morning.

Love the convenience of where it’s located. Many options to dine and even shop. Also very easy to travel in and out of the main Las Vegas strip

We found 2 bugs in our room and asked to be switched. Front desk were able to move us, but no other compensation was given for our inconvenience. When we got to our 2nd room our tv has little to no connection. Yes, this matters to me very much because we like to stay in our room and relax. I wanted to complain about this as well, but at this point I felt like I was an inconvenience. When the "housekeeping supervisor" came to our room, I felt like he didn't believe us. (Even though we did kill the bug and left it on a tissue) I thought wifi was included with our resort fee but no, we would be charged an extra $14.99 per device. I honestly don't know if I will be booking here again.

We were very disappointed there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. We had a Keureg, but no pods. Not even 2. Why even provide one with no starter pods! We had to go to CVS and pay 30.00 for 10 pods. We enjoy a coffee in the morning.
