Good but pool was under renovation

It was good overall but the pool was still closed for renovations. They gave us an option to go to a neighboring hotel pool but with little kids it is inconvenient. If I would have known in advance I would have skipped. The rest of the hotel and service was good. I would return once the pool reopens.

When i booked the property it said pool and hot tub when i showed up it was being remodled this was very inconvenient especially while being charged a resort fee! They offered the pool at the westgate but it was a good distance away and poor hours

This was a great experience. I had some trouble with a person in a connecting room, and they offered to move me without any trouble. Amazing service, comfortable/safe room. The pillow top beds were a little soft for my taste, but my partner loved them. The pool was under renovation when I visited, but this didn’t bother me as I would not have used it regardless.
