Very hospitable hotel in Vegas on the strip. I appreciated the fact that the hotel did not have a casino. It made the pool and the other parts of the property more friendly to families, which was nice to see and be amongst.

We enjoyed our stay, but there were bits and pieces that weren't fantastic. Things closed earlier than you'd expect for a Vegas hotel, our door lock died and it took three tries for a staff to believe that it wasn't the privacy lock and it actually wasn't working, and you could tell that it was an older building with some evident wear and tear on the paint, carpets, etc. The location was perfect for what we were there for and the bed was very comfortable.

Great property, very conveniently located. The staff were all very friendly and the front desk would check in/text regularly to make sure everything was going ok and if anything was needed. More quiet than other hotels on the strip since there isn't a casino on property but that also makes it more family friendly. The only con was not having any restaurants on property but you could get food at the pool or from the market.

All-in-all, it was a very good choice. Selected for its proximity to When We Were Young festival and couldn't have gotten closer. Easy walk to Festival grounds. Good pricing as well. The hotel was also great about providing info to guests about potential noise and traffic obstruction. Rooms were nice. I had a king single. Marketplace on level 1 has a good selection of quick snacks. Had bar food at the lounge bar on Sunday evening and the selection was surprisingly varied.
