This was a very clean property, quiet, and it was easy walking distance. I also loved that it’s right next to the sphere; so I could awake to some cool viewing in the am. The only issue we had was that our air conditioner froze up even though we keep it at the temp required (69). It was uncomfortably hot our first night there since it we arrived after 4pm. I would definitely suggest they replace the unit in Condo 103 section 15.

The hotel is very convenient for an event at the sphere but property can use maintenance upkeep. Sliding door needs new rollers very hard to open and close. All doors are off kilter and makes noise. Tv had no sound.

We stayed in building 17 near the very back and it was a perfect location for going to and from the Sphere by foot. There is a rear gate on the property and security was very tight which made us feel very safe. The property was clean and in good condition. I will 100% stay here again.

Beware of timeshare scam

Very friendly front desk reps. Be careful not to get scammed though. They are a timeshare resort! Kitchen sink & toilet were not completely clean when we arrived. Pool was filthy. Manager & marketing rep within the Preview Center (Timeshare) were extremely rude

Fantastic. Nice pools and eatery, great rooms. Arrive late and don't answer the room phone and you won't be bothered by the hard sell stuff mentioned in other reviews. Very comfortable and spacious suites, nice pools. Really had a relaxing time. You can easily walk to the Sphere and Uber to most anywhere on the Strip for ten bucks or less with almost no wait - they're everywhere in Vegas.

Great spot if you are going to Sphere!

We had tickets for Sphere (second year in a row) and the Holiday Inn Club is a PERFECT location for shows! My only concern this time around was that two of the pools were being worked on. We were able to use the pools in the other building clusters, but just meant a lot more crowded. Other than that, no complaints!
