Pretty affordable and nice place to stay off the strip. Was there for a convention so didn't want to pay the resort fees. Breakfast was really good and most of the tenants were honest working folks, not Vegas party people. Some street noise with cars/traffic but otherwise, good spot to stay.

The house keepers don’t use a vacuum regularly and it shows. The room itself while not top shelf was in good condition. The bathroom had hair on floor in the tub and back of the toilet. Clean like your spending the night there. Staff was great. We were there for a football game and everything was walkable

Yalem and Sharonn were at the front desk. They are so sweet, helpful and happy. The pool and exercise facility were clean along with the hot tub. The free breakfast was a bonus. We wanted to stay at a place that was close to the Allegiant stadium and it was right across the street!! If i were to come back to Vegas, i would stay here again!

Trash cans hadn't been emptied. No 2ash cloth or hand towel until I asked @ desk. Was told twice by same clerk they could prebook a cab for me for airport. Then was given a qr code when time to leave as only cab co. they use. Cab was $10 more than when I came,alot less traffic& didn't load bagor unload.
