As an IHG Diamond Elite member & having stayed at this property before, I was so disappointed with the service this time around. They will NEVER have to worry about me coming back. There were a few individuals that knew me from previous stays & a few new staff members that were absolutely amazing. The exceptional experience should be universal though, ESPECIALLY with IHG members who’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars with them. I’ve advised IHG of my complaints, but just know that when you stay here, with SOME staff members your level of service will depend on their mood or wrongful perception of you. I truly hope that they take the feedback to improve & bring back the outstanding UNIVERSAL service that they once had.
